Unten drunter ist ein Club, der am Wochenende auch mal ordentlich ballert.

Zum 01.04. werden zwei Zimmer frei, eine Person zieht mit Partner*in zusammen, andere Person zieht aus persönlichen Gründen aus, unter anderem wegen dem Club unten drunter.
Daher wäre wichtig, dass du kein Problem mit Lautstärke am Wochenende hast.

Wenn du also selbst an Wochenenden gerne unterwegs bist eignet sich die Wohnung ganz gut

Ich (31j., er/ihm) arbeite hauptsächlich von zu Hause freiberuflich als Sounddesigner im Filmbereich, mache und höre gerne Musik, koche viel und bin auch öfter unterwegs, Urlaub, Arbeiten, Tanzen...
Stelle mir ein ungezwungenes, gemütliches WG Leben vor, in dem man gerne teilt und, wenn es sich ergibt, auch was zusammen unternimmt.

Mir ist auch ein gewisses politisches Selbstverständnis wichtig: ein reflektierter Antikapitalismus, Antifaschismus und (Queer-) Feminismus ist mir wichtig.
Für Sexismus, Rassismus, Ableismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, usw. habe ich kein Verständnis und ich möchte auch keine politischen Grundsatzdiskussionen in der WG führen.
1 mal im Monat kommt die Monatszeitung "Analyse & Kritik".

Ich selbst suche langfristig aber auch nach einer anderen WG, da ich gerne in einer größeren WG wohnen möchte.
Du hättest also irgendwann die Möglichkeit, die WG nach deinen Wünschen zu gestalten..

I have no tolerance for sexism, racism, ableism, queer hostility, etc. and I don't want to have any fundamental political discussions in the shared flat.
I receive the monthly newspaper “Analyse & Kritik” once a month.

I'm also looking for another shared flat in the long term, as I'd like to live in a larger flat with more people.
So at some point you would have the opportunity to design the shared flat according to your wishes.
