Hello dear seekers! As I am moving away, my spacious, well-located room is now available for those looking to join a flatshare. The room itself is divided in 2 areas, the main one having 16m², plus a closet/storage area with 6m², for a total of 22m² of room space. It's partially furnished (couch, coffee table, wardrobes), which will be yours to do as you please, no extra charge. The 90m² flat is located on the top floor of the building, featuring 3 individual rooms, a small bathroom with tub and shower, plus an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, fitted kitchen). Rent is currently 380€, including water, gas, electricity and internet. Caution deposit is 695€.
From the flat it takes 4 minutes to reach Bahnhof Mülheim, where you'll find plenty of public transportation options (Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, RE), connecting the area both to the city center as well to other cities in NRW. There are several supermarkets (Rewe, Kaufland, Netto, Lidl) within reach in 8 min or less, plus several shops around Frankfurter Str. To the opposite direction you'll find Mülheimer Stadtpark just one block away.
Your flatmates will be Felix and Sabin, young professionals from different fields (sports / software development) aged between the mid-20s and early-30s. We're kinda reserved and independent, but we hang out together every once in a while and enjoy some friendly chat. In the end, we try to create a pleasant environment for everyone, so we're looking for someone who is interested in a relaxed coexistence and is not just looking for a nice room. Engaging in joint activities is not a requirement, but respect to each others' personal space and doing your share to keep the flat nice and clean is essential. Communication at home is both in German and English (internationals welcome).
