Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet. Man hat zudem noch ein Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche welches sich man mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilt. Ich habe mein eigenes Bad + WC.
Die Küche und den Balkon sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung da.
Es handelt sich um eine befristete Vermietung von 6 Monaten, diese 6 Monate können verlängert werden wenn wir gut miteinander zurechtkommen.
Die Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung und man muss keinen Abschlag zahlen.
***Sobald ich kann lade ich aktualisiertere Bilder hoch! Die Küche hat einen neuen Schrank. Ist aber sehr ähnlich zu den Bildern.

The room is rented fully furnished. Additionally, you have a bathroom with toilet and shower that you only have to share with 1 Roommate. I have my own bathroom with toilet.
We would share the kitchen and balcony.
This is a temporary rental for 6 months, which may be extended if we get along well.
The furniture stays in the apartment, and there is no need to pay a deposit.

Mein Name ist Lara, ich bin 32 Jahre alt, bin Mexikölnerin (🇲🇽 / 🇩🇪) und studiere den Master in Psychologie. Nebenbei habe ich noch 1 Nebenjob, weshalb ich an 2 Tagen einen Berufsalltag habe, und an den anderen Tagen im „Home Office“ an meiner Masterarbeit arbeite .
Ich bin sehr gesellig aber genieße auch meine Ruhe. Ab und zu organisiere ich gerne Spieleabende oder Abendessen mit Freunden.
Noch ein paar Infos zu mir:
- ich schaue gerne Serien 📺 (GoT, HIMYM, Modern Family, Rick & Morty, Family Guy, Spongebob, The Office, House of the Dragon)

- bin Harry Potter fan

- gehe gerne Bouldern / Klettern 🧗🏻♀️
- bin sehr extrovertiert und eine labertasche 😄
Neben dem Zimmer wohnt Patricio (31) aus Chile. Er spricht Spanisch und Deutsch. Er ist von Beruf Chemie Lehrer und um es hier ausüben zu dürfen muss er noch sein Deutsch weiterhin verbessern. Währenddessen arbeitet er an einer Bar und geht zum Deutsch Unterricht.
An Partys die man hier in der WG organisiert bin ich eigentlich nicht interessiert, wenn dann nur unter besonderen Umständen 😜
Mein Freund besucht mich an den Wochenenden.
Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass man respektvoll miteinander umgeht und vor allem die Küche immer in einem guten Zustand hinterlassen. Deswegen ist mir Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig! 😊

My name is Lara, I'm 32 years old, I'm Mexican-German (🇲🇽 / 🇩🇪), and I'm studying the Master's degree in Psychology. Additionally, I have one part-time job, which means I have a professional routine on two days, and on the other days, I work on my master's thesis from home.
I'm very sociable but also enjoy my solitude. Occasionally, I like to organize game nights or dinners with friends.

I'm not really interested in parties organized here in the shared apartment, only under special circumstances 😜.
In the room next door lives Patricio (31) from Chile. He speaks spanish and german. He is a chemistry teacher but in order to work here he needs to improve his german. In the mean time he works at a bar and goes to a language school.
My boyfriend visits me on the weekends.
It's very important to me that we treat each other respectfully and, above all, always leave the kitchen in a good condition. Therefore, cleanliness and order are very important to me! 😊
