Das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen. Es teilt sich eine Wand mit der Küche, aber nicht mit einem anderen bewohnten Zimmer. Das Fenster zeigt zum Innenhof des Wohnhauses. Das Zimmer hat ein Waschbecken. Zudem gehört eine elektrische Heizung zur Ausstattung, da das Wohnhaus nicht über eine installierte Heizung verfügt.
The room is in a quiet location. It shares a wall with the kitchen, but not with another inhabited room. The window faces the courtyard of the apartment building. The room also has a sink. In addition, an electric heating system is part of the furnishings, as the apartment building does not have an installed heating system.
Die Lage ist top. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich alle möglichen Supermärkte, eine sehr nahe (Linie 9), eine nahe (Linie 18) und eine wenige Minuten entfernte (Linie 13) Straßenbahnstation, die dich in die ganze Stadt bringen. Die Uni (Hauptgebäude) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In Sülz gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Läden. Die Wohnung liegt im hinteren Teil des Wohnhauses und ist deshalb ganz ruhig gelegen. Das Haus selbst liegt direkt am De-Noel-Platz.
The location is great. Close to the flat you will find all kinds of supermarkets, a very close (line 9), a close (line 18) and a few minutes away (line 13) tram station that will take you all over the city. The university (main building) can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in Sülz. The apartment is in the rear part of the residential building and is therefore very quiet. The house itself is right on De-Noel-Platz.
Wir suchen eine freundliche, kooperative, zuverlässige und hygienische Person. Mit dir werden Preethi und Raphael wohnen. Preethi studiert und arbeitet und mag es in ihrer Freizeit zu schwimmen, Basketball zu spielen und gemeinsam zu kochen. Raphael arbeitet. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu und verbringt Zeit mit Freunden. Generell sind wir eine eher ruhige WG. Jeder kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen und ungestört seinen Dingen nachgehen. Aber wir tauschen uns auch aus und sind offen. Die Küche bietet mit ihrer Eckbank einen Ort zum Zusammenkommen.
We are looking for a friendly, co-operative, reliable and hygienic person. Preethi and Raphael will live with you. Preethi studies and works and likes to swim, play basketball and cook together in her free time. Raphael works. In his free time, he likes to do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spend time with friends.
