Wohnung befinden sich direkt an der Bahn und Bushaltestelle (2 min Fußweg). In 10 Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum (Heumarkt/Neumarkt) und in 6 Minuten am Deutzer Bahnhof von welchem man Direktzüge nach Düsseldorf, Bonn etc. nehmen kann. 8 Minuten bis zum Rhein mit grandioser Sicht auf den Dom.
Innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten Gehweg befinden sich Edeka, Aldi und Netto. Kaufland, Rossmann und DM sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kalker Arcarden (großes Shopping Center) befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten. Zudem befinden sich mehrere Parks und Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is located directly at the train and bus stop (2 min walk). In 10 minutes you are in the city center (Heumarkt/Neumarkt) and in 6 minutes at the Deutz train station from which you can take direct trains to Düsseldorf, Bonn, etc. 8 minutes to the Rhine with a stunning view.
Within less than 5 minutes walking distance there are Edeka, Aldi and Netto. Kaufland, Rossmann and DM (drug store) are also within walking distance. A big shopping center (Kalker Arcarden) is nearby as well.
The area is quiet, with many dining options. In addition, there are several parks and lakes in the immediate vicinity.
Ich werde für den Zeitraum ein Praktikum in Prag absolvieren. Mein Mitbewohner ist super gesellig und freundlich. Er studieren im Master Business Administration und arbeitet nebenbei. Er spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch und ein wenig Spanisch. Er macht gerne Sport, guckt gerne Filme und hat eine Vorliebe für asiatisches Essen. Da er die meiste Zeit bei seine Freundin ist, hat man die Wohnung größtenteils für sich alleine.

My roommate is super sociable and friendly. He is studying in a Master of Business Administration program and works part-time. He speaks fluent German, English and a little Spanish. He likes to do sports, watch movies and has a preference for Asian food. Since he is with his girlfriend most of the time, you would have the whole apartment mostly to yourself.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Aus diesem Grund hänge ich auch sehr an ihr und möchte Sie deshalb nur untervermieten, da ich wohl zu diesem Preis keine vergleichbare Wohnung in Köln finden werde. Ich bitte um Verständnis.
