Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Spülmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein großes Sofa und ein Sessel. Das Bad ist relativ neu.

Your room is approx. 16 square metres in size and will be handed over without furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a large sofa and an armchair in the living room. The bathroom is relatively new.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Köln-Ehrenfeld an Subbelrather Straße/Ecke Leostraße.
Sie ist sehr gut angebunden. Die Linie 5 ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür ((H) Gutenbergstr.), Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist zu Fuß 10 min entfernt und Linie 3 und 4 sind in 7 Fußminuten erreichbar.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Alnatura, Denn's, DM, Rossmann, etc) und alles andere, was man benötigt, findet man auf der Venloer Str., ebenso wie schöne Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Kneipen.

The apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Cologne-Ehrenfeld on Subbelrather Straße/corner of Leostraße.
It is very well connected. Line 5 is almost directly in front of the door ((H) Gutenbergstr.), Ehrenfeld train station is 10 min walk away and line 3 and 4 are within 7 minutes walk.
Various shopping facilities are available (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, Alnatura, Denn's, DM, Rossmann, etc) and everything else you need can be found on Venloer Str., as well as nice restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs.
Du wohnst mit mir, Shezi, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite bei der GIZ im Bereich Klimawandel. Ich liebe Kino, Musik, Bücher und Sport. Ich bin ziemlich politisch, interessiere mich für den Kolonialismus & Identität. Ich wohne seit 2018 in Deutschland, spreche fünf Sprachen (Englisch und Sindhi sind meine Muttersprache, Deutsch ist auf einem B2/C1-Level). Gerade lerne ich noch Spanisch.
Diese Wohnung ist mein Zuhause, ich habe viel Energie in ihre Gestaltung investiert, also möchte ich, dass jemand eine ähnliche Energie mitbringt. Freunde sind immer willkommen und ich lerne gerne neue Leute kennen. Ab und an brauch ich ein bisschen Zeit für mich -ständige WG Partys mag ich daher nicht so gern,.

You live with me, Shezi, I'm 32 years old and work at GIZ in the field of climate change/disaster risk management. I love cinema, music, books and sports. I am quite political, interested in colonialism & identity. I have been living in Germany since 2018, speak five languages (English and Sindhi are my mother tongues, German is at a B2/C1 level). I am currently learning Spanish.
This flat is my home, I have put a lot of energy into making it so I would like someone to bring a similar energy. Friends are always welcome and I enjoy meeting new people. Every now and then I need a bit of time to myself - so I don't like regular flat share parties.
