Zimmer in sweeter 3er-WG mit Hund

Das Doppelhaus befindet sich am Clevischen Ring und ist damit top an alles angebunden. Mülheim Nord bietet alles, was du brauchst, und vieles, was gut tut. Die Berliner Straße ist mit Supermärkten, Rossmann, zahlreichen Imbissen, einem wöchentlichen Markt und dem Kulturbunker um die Ecke. Auch das Schaupiel Köln und die Keupstraße sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Unser Highlight ist natürlich der fußläufig nur 10 Minuten entfernte Rhein sowie der Böcking-Park gegenüber.

In dem nächstgelegenen „richtigen“ Erholungswald bist du in etwa 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Die Bushaltestelle „Von-Lohe-Straße“ ist 1 min zu Fuß, die Haltestelle „Von-Sparr-Straße“ für die Straßenbahnlinie 4 ca. 5-7 min entfernt.

The semi-detached house is located on the Clevischer Ring and is therefore perfectly connected to everything. Mülheim Nord offers everything you need. Berliner Straße is just around the corner with supermarkets, Rossmann, numerous snack bars, a weekly market and the Kulturbunker. The Schaupiel Köln theatre and Keupstraße are also within walking distance.
Our highlight is of course the Rhine, which is only a 10-minute walk away.
The nearest ‘real’ forest is about 10 minutes away by bike. The ‘Von-Lohe-Straße’ bus stop is a 1-minute walk away and the ‘Von-Sparr-Straße’ stop for tram line 4 is approx. 5-7 minutes away.

Wir sind Tabea, Valentin und Medea und suchen nach einem neuen Menschen für unsere Wohngemeinschaft.

Valentin (er/ihn) ist das musikalische Multitalent der WG. Ob Orgel, Gitarre oder Piano – Valentin entlockt jedem Instrument die wundervollsten Klänge. Wenn er nicht gerade für seinen Job als Beleuchter beim Film aktiv ist, übt er für Konzerte und backt leckere Baguettes.

Tabea (sie/ihr) studiert Medienkulturwissenschaft und Deutsche Sprache & Literatur. Tabea unterhält die WG gerne mit schlechten Dad-Jokes und teilt beim Kaffee oder Tee ihre Gedanken zu queerfeministischen und rassismuskritischen Film- und Medienanalysen. Wenn sie sich nicht gerade auf dem Sofa fläzt und sich die neuesten Serien und Filme reinzieht, springt Tabea mit ihrem Hund Medea auf der Hundewiese rum, sitzt im Kino oder erstellt lustige PowerPointPräsentationen für ihren Buchclub.

Medea ist die Stimmungskanone der WG und der süßeste Hund der Welt. Sie ist eine Tierschutzhündin und bringt uns fast täglich mit ihrer Tollpatschigkeit zum Lachen.
Medea ist ein recht leiser Hund und bellt (fast) nie.
Sie ist kein Fan von alkoholisierten fremden Männern (I mean who is), aber ansonsten liebt sie alle und möchte jede Person kennenlernen.
Da Tabea Medeas Guardian ist, haben alle anderen Mitbewohner*innen keine Verantwortung für Medea, dafür aber die volle Freude. Ob Kuschel- oder Spieleinheiten – Medea freut sich immer über gemeinsame Zeit und deinen Besuch in ihrem WG-Zimmer, das sie sich mit Tabea teilt. Im Zusammenleben ist Medea sehr entspannt, allerdings ist sie ein Hund und haart natürlich dementsprechend – das sollte man fairerweise dazusagen. Wir haben allerdings einen Putzplan, sodass jeder Raum einmal die Woche geputzt wird.

Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und achtsam miteinander. Da wir keine Zweck-WG sind, genießen wir es spontan abzuhängen und uns die neusten wilden Alltags-Storys zu erzählen oder uns über die patriarchale Leistungsgesellschaft abzufucken. Auf Tabeas Sofa zelebrieren wir regelmäßig Mario-Kart-Sessions und testen die wildesten Charakter-Kart-Kombinationen aus. (Wir sind gespannt darauf, welchen Mario Kart Charakter du dir aussuchen wirst, falls du gerne mitspielen magst.)

Allerdings schätzen wir beide auch unsere Me-Time sehr und haben manchmal eher Drinnie-Tage, an denen wir uns gerne zurückziehen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass jede*r hier den erwünschten Raum bekommt, offen Bedürfnisse kommunizieren mag und sich so viel oder wenig ins Miteinander einbringt, wie es selbst und anderen Menschen gut tut.

Da unser Zuhause ein Safer Space ist und auch bleiben soll, sollte dir verhaltenskritisches Denken, Solidarität und Empathie ebenso wichtig sein wie uns. Heißt: eine stetige Bemühung antirassistisch, antiklassistisch und privilegienbewusst zu handeln, zu denken und im Prozess zu sein.

We are Tabea, Valentin and Medea and are looking for a new person for our shared flat.

Valentin (he/him) is the musical all-rounder of the flat share. Whether organ, guitar or piano - Valentin elicits the most wonderful sounds from every instrument. When he's not working as a lighting technician for a film, he practices for concerts and bakes delicious baguettes.

Tabea (she/her) studies Media Culture Studies and German Language & Literature. Tabea likes to entertain the flatmates with bad dad jokes and shares her thoughts on queerfeminist and racism-critical film and media analyses over coffee or tea. When she's not lounging on the sofa and binge-watching the latest series and films, Tabea can be found in the dog park with her dog Medea, in the cinema or creating funny PowerPoint presentations for her book club.

Medea is the fun centrepiece of the flat share and the cutest dog in the world. Medea is a very quiet dog and makes us laugh almost every day with her clumsiness.
She is not a fan of drunken strangers (I mean who is), but otherwise she loves everyone and wants to get to know everyone.
As Tabea is Medea's guardian, all the other flatmates have no responsibility for Medea, but they have all the fun. Whether it's cuddling or playing - Medea is always happy to spend time together and for you to visit her room, which she kindly shares with Tabea.

Medea is very relaxed but she is a dog and naturally sheds accordingly. However, we have a cleaning schedule so that every room is cleaned once a week.

We live together in a very relaxed and respectful way. As we're not a purpose-built flat share, we enjoy hanging out spontaneously and telling each other the latest wild stories or ranting about the patriarchal meritocracy. We regularly celebrate Mario Kart sessions on Tabea's sofa and test out the wildest character-kart combinations. (We can't wait to see which Mario Kart character you choose if you fancy playing along).

However, we both also value our separate me-time and sometimes have rather introverted days when we like to retreat. It's important to us that everyone gets the space they want here, can openly communicate their needs and contribute as much or as little to each other as is good for themselves and other people.

As our home is and should remain a safe space, behaviour-critical thinking, solidarity and empathy should be just as important to you as they are to us. This means constantly endeavouring to act, think and be in the process of acting in an anti-racist, anti-classist and privilege-conscious manner.
