Hi girls,
I’m sub-renting my room starting from the 15.12. to the end of April (it’s highly possible that I’m gonna stay out for a longer period -ofc I’ll let you know on time-)
I sub-rent only to girls and non-smokers!!! Gladly someone who can take care of my plants (people who are able to kill cactuses are a no go, sorry!).
I’d prefer someone who is aiming to stay until the end of April and not for exclusively one month.
Due to previous negative experiences, I think it is a must to emphasize that it is important to keep the common areas clean. It is a matter of respect towards the other tenants. Thank you.
The apartment is located between Zülpicher Platz station (290m) and Barbarossaplatz station (300m). It’s also close to Köln Süd S-Bahn (220m). You have a lot of supermarkets and restaurants close by and the apartment is NOT located on the main street (so don’t worry about the loudness). It’s a WG of three people: you’ll leave with a guy and a girl, both around their 30s. Main language is English (but we also communicate in Italian and Spanish).
My room is 18 m2, quite spacious. It’s furnished with a wardrobe, a hanger, a shoe rack, a bedside table, 2 desks, 2 bookshelves and a bed, ofc.
The apartment has a small toilet (with shower) and a kitchen. It’s on the 1st floor. We also have a small closet/keller where we leave vacuum cleaner and other stuff. The building has a small courtyard where you can park your bicycle. Cost 600€/month (warm).�If you are interested and/or have any more questions feel free to send me a DM.
