Rent: €700 for the total period of my trip, and €20 for the highspeed internet (500 Mbit/s). The rest of the bills are all covered. The deposit is €150.
---About the Room---
It is a comfy 22m² room in a large, bright, and peaceful apartment. It’s fully furnished and includes everything you need, such as wardrobe, drawers, a double bed.
Other features includes:
- My work station you are welcome to use (including a big desk, a keyboard and a high-quality monitor).
- Large windows providing natural light and fresh air.
- Very proper heating for cozy winters.
- A door straight to the balcony which has a sofa you can relax on.
- You also have your own toilet/shower outside of the room, so you don't have to share with my flat-mate.
---About the Apartment---
The apartment is extremely spacious and already fully equipped. Features include:
Large comfy living Room: You get to relax on a comfy sofa while watching the TV in a spacious living room. There is also a dining table for you to enjoy your food.
Balcony: A shared balcony with a sofa for you to relax in the fresh air.
Kitchen: Modern and fully stocked with everything you need—oven, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, laundry and more.
We live on the top floor, so no noise from above. The building has only two floors (three for Americans) and includes an elevator for convenience.
You will be sharing the apartment with my flat-mate who is calm, friendly and clean. He works a regular 9-5 job and has a healthy routine.

The apartment is in a quiet and friendly residential area with all essential amenities nearby:
REWE (5-minute walk), DM, Lidl, Obi, Tedi, pharmacy, and more.
Tram: 8 minutes to the Nesselrodestraße stop (line 16), which takes you to cologne dom (city center) in just 15 min.
