Ein Zimmer in einer 2-er WG in Höhenhaus wird ab dem 10.02.2025 (flexibel) frei.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und hat alles was man braucht: Bett, Kleiderschrank, 2 Kommoden, Jalousien und Wandregale. Die Möbel solltest du gegen eine Ablösung von 350 Euro übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat große Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad mit 2 Fenstern. Viele Möbel wie Sofa, Fernseher, Sideboard, die ganze Küche, Flurschrank haben wir selbst gekauft. Du solltest ein Teil der Kosten übernehmen für 850 Euro. Insgesamt wäre also 1200 Euro (VB) für die Möbel in der Wohnung zu zahlen. Über den Kaufpreis kann man noch reden und natürlich ist eine Ratenzahlung auch möglich.

A room in a 2-People shared apartment will be free from 10.03.2025 (flexible).
The room is completely furnished: bed, wardrobe, 2 commodes, blindes and shelves. I intend to leave them there in exchange for 350 Euro.
The apartment has a big kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with two windows. For the rest of the furniture in the apartment you should pay a part which amounts to 850 Euro. In total that makes 1200 Euro (negotiable) for all the furniture. We can still talk about the final price and a playment plan is possible.

Lage

Direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Kiosk. Außerdem sind Penny und Rewe fußläufig nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Bars und Kneipe sind auch in der Nähe, sowie eine Filiale der Deutsche Post.
200 Meter von der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle während die KVB-Linie 4 in nur 7 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die S-Bahn ist auch nicht so weit (10 Minuten bis zum Köln-Holweide).
Gleich in der Nähe ist auch der Dünnwald, der zum Joggen oder einem entspannten Spaziergang einlädt.

The apartment has access to all living essentials within walking distance. Right outside the front door there is a kiosk, while both Penny and Rewe are only a 5-minute walk away. In the same area, there are some bars and pubs, as well as a post office.
About 200 meters away from here there is a bus stop, while the KVB-Linie 4 is reachable in around 7 minutes by foot (stop Im Weidenbruch). The S-Bahn is also quite close (Köln-Holweide Station).

WG-Leben

Du wirst zusammen mit Francesco leben. er ist 40, wohnt in Köln seit 10 Jahren und ist Angestellter bei einer Firma in Köln. Er mag kochen, ist häufig unterwegs um Sport zu treiben - Joggen und, wenn es wärmer ist, Radfahren - und schaut häufig Motorsport. Er spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch, ist offen, locker, tagsüber oft unterwegs aber gerne ist abends mal für ein Bier/Tee oder ausgehen.

you will be living together with Francesco, 39, already 10 years in Cologne and working as a data entry operator. He speaks German, English, Italian and some Spanish. He likes cooking, watching Motorsport, and in free time he is quite frequently outside for jogging or having a cycling tour.
He is an open-minded person, usually outside during the day, but in the evening you can meet while cooking or having a conversation while drinking beer/tee or going out for a walk.

Sonstiges

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Couch, Fernseher und Spülmaschine und verfügt über einen geräumigen Keller wo auch unsere Waschmachine steht und wo es Platz für die Fahrräder gibt.

Kurz und knapp:
Die Miete kostet warm 510 € mit allem (Strom, Internet, Rundfunk, Heizung ...).
Kaution ist 1000€ und es gibt eine Ablösung - die im Moment von 1200 € ist aber noch verhandelbar - für die Möbel in deinem Zimmer (Bett, Kleiderschrank, 2 Kommode, Jalousien und Wandregale) sowie ein Teil der Kosten für die Möbel in der Wohnung.

The apartment is fully equipped including Couch, TV, dishwasher, and there is a basement which can be used as storage and to put your bicycle. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and where clothes can be hung dry.
The rent is 510 € including heating, internet, TV/Radio fees and electricity. The deposit is 1000€. For the furniture present in your room and in the whole apartment you would need to pay 1200 Euro (although still negotiable).
