Ich würde gerne einige meiner Möbel an den Nachmieter übergeben, darunter:

Einen elektrisch höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch

Our WG apartment is about 82 m² and includes:

A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom
The apartment is located in Severinsviertel, a lively neighborhood with excellent public transport connections. There are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, cinemas, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, making daily life very convenient.
I would like to sell some of my furniture to the next tenant, including:
A double bed
A large sofa
A spacious wardrobe
An electrically adjustable desk
The total value is around €1200, but we can discuss the exact Ablösevereinbarung (transfer agreement) in person.
My flatmate is a multilingual Malaysian, who speaks excellent German, English, Malay, Chinese, and some Spanish. She is a language teacher and a singer.
