Das Zimmer ist etwa 23qm groß und verfügt über zwei Fenster.

Das WG-Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. WLAN und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist aktuell wegen des Umzugs etwas unordentlich.

Wichtig:
Im Sommer wird die Fassade des Gebäudes saniert und daher wird ab Mitte März ein Gerüst gestellt und es kann teilweise zu Lärm kommen. Es wird jedoch nicht durchgängig gearbeitet.

The room is about 23 square meters and has two windows.

The shared room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. WiFi and a washing machine are available.

Important:
The facade of the building is being renovated in the summer and scaffolding will therefore be erected from mid-March and there may be some noise. However, it does not work consistently.

Rotterdamer Straße 4 in Riehl.

Zu Fuß bist du in 5 Minuten am Rhein und in 7 Minuten an der Haltestelle Zoo/Flora, von wo aus die 18 in die Innenstadt (Neumarkt etc.) fährt.

Mit dem Rad bist du in 10 Minuten in Mülheim am Wiener Platz, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gibt.

You can walk to the Rhine in 5 minutes and to the Zoo/Flora stop in 7 minutes, from where the 18 goes to the city center (Neumarkt etc.).

By bike you can reach Mülheim am Wiener Platz in 10 minutes, where there are shops etc.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Adrian (20) und Guillermo (23).

Adrian arbeitet aktuell als Fahrradkurier und möchte im Sommer eine Ausbildung als Erzieher starten. In seiner Freizeit macht er Sport und man kann sich ausgiebig mit Ihm über alles mögliche unterhalten.

Guillermo kommt ursprünglich aus Uruguay und arbeitet zur Zeit in einer Logistikfirma. Wenn Sein Visum verlängert wird, möchte er ein Studium beginnen und sich noch weiter in Köln einleben.

Du solltest unbedingt wissen was Ordnung bedeutet und die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber halten. Dazu gab es in der Vergangenheit einen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten werden soll.

Your roommates are Adrian (20) and Guillermo (23).
