Schau Dir einfach die Fotos an, dann bekommst Du einen guten Eindruck, ob es das ist was Du suchst.
Die TH (Technology Arts Sciences TH Köln – Ubierring) kann man in 15 Min zu Fuß erreichen oder 3 Stationen mit dem Bus.
Perfekt für Wochendheimfahrer und wenn's passt kann der befristete Zeitraum gegebenenfalls verlängert werden. ;)
Küche und Bad können mitbenutzt werden. (Bei Interesse biete ich auch Halbpension an).

Students are very welcome.
Kitchen and Bathroom can be used.
Please note: I can also offer half board, breakfast & dinner for extra cost, 20 Euro per day.
The rental period is offered for a limited time (see add), however, if all works well, the temporary period MAY be extended.
As for the location, the flat is 4 km from the main railway station / City Center and a bus stopping in front of my house

2 KM von der Autobahn,
800 m vom Rhein
Wichtig ist, dass du nicht nur eine Zweck-WG (Hotel ;) suchst und ein bisschen aktiv mitmachst im Haushalt, wie zB Müll runterbringen, dass Du das Badezimmer und die Küche so verlässt wie Du sie vorfandst ;)
(Beispiel: Deine Haare aus dem Abfluss nehmen, Dein Geschirr wieder wegräumen)
Ansonsten helfen wir einander, spielen schon mal Memory wenn jemad Lust hat, respektieren den Raum des Anderen.
Ganz normale Umgangsformen ;)
