Das Zimmer hat ca 10 qm2 in einer insgesamt 103qm2 Wohnung, mit großem Wohnzimmer (40qm), das auch als home office genutz wird.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Der Abschlag (300) kommt durch Neuanschaffungen wie Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Sofa und Tisch (Wohnzimmer) zustande, und Möbel im Zimmer.

10 sqm room in big flat, 100sqm. The room is quiet and you see a bit of green outside :) The living room is large (40sqm) and also used as home office and for guests. There's funiture, and overall I'd like 300€ for furniture and washing machine etc. (I paid 500 when I moved in, I think its fair, we can discuss tough)
Die WG befindet sich in der Stegerwaldsiedlung zwischen Deutz und Mülheim. Ein Lidl sowie die Haltestelle Stegerwaldsiedlung sind in ca 5-7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man den Wiener Platz in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichen, wo es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.
Wer gerne feiern geht hat das bekannte Bootshaus quasi direkt vor der Tür. Des Weiteren ist man schnell im Rheinpark und an der Zoobrücke.

The shared apartment is located in the Stegerwaldsiedlung between Deutz and Mülheim. A Lidl supermarket and the Stegerwaldsiedlung tram stop are about a 5-7 minute walk away. Additionally, you can reach Wiener Platz, where there are more shopping options, in 10 minutes by bike.
For those who enjoy partying, the famous Bootshaus club is practically right on your doorstep. Furthermore, you're close to Rheinpark and the Zoobrücke bridge.
David (31) macht home office, Cristina (26) aus Spanien, arbeitet in Bergisch Gladbach, daher reden wir in der WG englisch. Es gibt einen Putzplan. More to come.

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und viel Platz für Gäste/ Spieleabende/ Wäscheständer etc. Ausserdem ahebn wir zusätzlich zum Bad ein Gästezimmer WC was sehr praktisch ist.

The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed and plenty of space for guests, game nights, laundry racks, etc. Additionally, we have a guest WC in addition to the main bathroom, which is very practical.
