ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für mein kleines aber feines Zimmer in unserer entspannten 3er WG!
Das Zimmer ist möbliert wie in den Fotos abgebildet, mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Stühlen, einem Spiegel, einem Nachttisch und einem Einbauschrank. Durch das Dachfenster ist es immer schön hell – und nachts kann man bei gutem Wetter die Sterne sehen. Weiter haben wir einen Kellerraum, einen Fahrradkeller, einen Balkon und technisch ist die WG mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Wäschetrockner ausgestattet.

I’m looking for a temporary tenant for my small but lovely room in our relaxed 3-person shared apartment!
The room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures, with a bed, desk, two chairs, a mirror, a bedside table, and a built-in wardrobe. Thanks to the skylight, the room is always bright – and on clear nights, you can see the stars. Additionally, we have a basement storage room, a bike storage area, and a balcony. Our apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer.
Unsere WG selbst befindet sich im vierten Stock in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus in Konstanz-Petershausen. Wir sind super an den ÖPNV angebunden und liegen zentral zwischen Innenstadt, Uni, Staad und den angrenzenden Dörfern. Wer mag, kann auch alles gut mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichen - ich selbst laufe gerne zur Uni. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß die Straße runter gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei und in knapp 10 - 15 Minuten ist man von uns aus am See oder am Zähringerplatz. Außerdem haben wir den Loretto-Wald hinter der Haustür, perfekt zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen.
Our apartment is on the fourth floor of a quiet multi-family house in Konstanz-Petershausen. We have excellent public transport connections and are centrally located between the city center, university, Staad, and the surrounding villages. If you prefer, you can also get around easily by bike or on foot – I personally enjoy walking to uni. You can find a supermarket and bakery 5 minutes down the road, lake Konstanz and Zähringerplatz are within 10-15 minutes walking-distance and the Loretto Forest is right behind our house – perfect for walking or jogging.
Wir also Katharina, Luisa und ich (Jördis) bilden eine entspannte 3er WG: Katharina und Luisa studieren beide PolVer im Master und ich habe gerade meinen Master in SEDS abgeschlossen. Wir treffen uns gerne spontan in unserer ebenfalls kleinen, aber gemütlichen Küche – sei es beim Kochen, Kaffee trinken oder beim Versuch, unsere WG-Pflanzen am Leben zu erhalten :)
We – Katharina, Luisa, and I (Jördis) – make up a relaxed 3-person shared apartment: Katharina and Luisa are both studying Political Science in their Master’s, and I recently completed my Master’s in SEDS. We love spontaneous meetups in our cozy little kitchen, whether it’s for cooking, drinking coffee, or trying to keep our plants alive :)
Wir suchen eine Zwischenmieterin für das Sommersemester vom 01.04 bis ca. 15.09. Wann genau du ein- und ausziehen möchtest, können wir aber flexibel absprechen. Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir: Wer bist du, was machst du in Konstanz und was ist dein Lieblingsessen? We are looking for a tenant from April 1st to approx. September 15th – move-in and move-out dates are flexible though.
