Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Netto ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und Aldi ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Zug- und Bushaltestellen befinden sich in nur 2 Minuten Gehentfernung. Außerdem liegt sie in der Nähe des Südparks (LGS) und direkt neben dem Krankenhaus.
The property is just 10 minutes away from the city center. Netto is a 5-minute walk, and Aldi is 15 minutes away. Train and bus stops are conveniently located within a 2-minute walk. It is also close to Südpark (LGS) and situated next to the hospital.
Muireann (27) ist Dozentin für Psychologie an der Universität in Landau. Sie kommt aus Irland, spricht Englisch, lernt aber gerade Deutsch. In ihrer Freizeit läuft sie gerne, liest, reist und geht mit Freunden gut essen und trinken :) Sie ist noch relativ neu in Landau und freut sich darauf, neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Kameela (27) ist Masterstudentin in Umweltwissenschaften an der RPTU Universität. Sie befindet sich aktuell in ihrem letzten Jahr und absolviert ein Praktikum. Ursprünglich kommt sie aus Mauritius und lebt seit acht Jahren in Deutschland. Kameela begeistert sich für die Natur – sie liebt Wandern und genießt sonnige Spaziergänge, wann immer sie die Gelegenheit dazu hat. Außerdem kocht und backt sie gerne. Sie trifft sich auch gerne mit Freunden und erkundet neue Orte.
Betti (21) ist in ihrem letzten Jahr ihrer Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau.
Sie ist die lokale im Haus. Sie ist schon in Landau in die Schule gegangen.
In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Sport, ließt oder geht mit Freunden was essen und/oder trinken.
Ab und zu geht sie gerne Feiern.
Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen (kochen, spazieren gehen), verstehen aber auch, wenn jemand seinen eigenen Raum braucht.

Kameela (27) is a Master’s student in Environmental Sciences at RPTU University. Currently in her final year and doing an internship, she’s originally from Mauritius and has been in Germany for the past eight years. Kameela is passionate about the outdoors—she loves hiking and enjoys sunny walks whenever she gets the chance. She enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves meeting up with friends and exploring new places.
Betti (21) is in the final year of her training as a banker.
She is the local in the house, having already attended school in Landau.
In her free time, she enjoys doing sports, reading, or going out to eat and/or drink with friends.
Every now and then, she also likes to go out and party.
The atmosphere in the house is very friendly and relaxed, we like to do things together (cook, go for walks) but also understand when people need their own space. The house is in an ideal location, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre and there are lots of nice parks and cafes nearby.
