Die Wohnung wurde 2018 renoviert. Sie hat drei Zimmer und eine große Küche. Dusche und WC sind räumlich voneinander getrennt.
Du würdest zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer bekommen (ca 7qm und 11qm). Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Rollo. Deine Zimmer sind nicht möbliert. Somit hast du bei der Gestaltung freie Wahl.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten von der Uni und vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die Fußgängerzone ist in der Nebenstraße. Auch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Ich, Florence (19 Jahre) studiere im dritten Semester Grundschullehramt und suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin.
Da ich keine Zweck-WG möchte, würde ich mich freuen, wenn wir ab und zu mal gemeinsam kochen und etwas unternehmen.
