Ich möchte mein Zimmer von Anfang Juli bis Anfang Oktober anbieten.
In die WG wohnt ein anderer österreichischer, sehr freundlicher, ruhiger, geordneter und garantierter Ruhigkeit der Mitbewohner.
Es ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und wird sowohl von den Vermietern als auch von mir gepflegt. Die WG hat auch eine große Küche mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, sogar eine Wanne im Badezimmer.
Vor einem Wald gelegen, ist die Aussicht großartig und die Luft ist sehr erfrischend.
Die Miete beträgt 325 Euro, ohne Strom. (extra 5-15 Euro pro Monat)
Die Herberge liegt in Landeck, einer Stadt in der Nähe von Innsbruck.

I want to offer my room from the beginning of July to the beginning of October.
In the dormitory lives another Austrian, very friendly, quiet, orderly, guaranteed peace on the part of the roommates.
It is in perfect condition, well maintained by the landlords as well as by me. The hostel also has a large kitchen, with many amenities, even a bathtub in the bathroom.
Located in front of a forest, the view is great and the air is very refreshing.
