Ich werde im kommenden Sommersemester in Wien im Ausland studieren und suche daher jemanden, der im Sommer in Landshut wohnen möchte.
Zur Wohngemeinschaft: Du wirst in einem wunderschön eingerichteten Zimmer wohnen, das mit einem alten Holzschreibtisch, einem gemütlichen DIY-Bett, einer Ledercouch und vielen Pflanzen ausgestattet ist!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: • Supermärkte wie ALDI und Penny sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. • Die lokalen Busse fahren alle 5-10 Minuten von Neustadt, Altstadt und Ländthorplatz ab. • Die Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften ist an Werktagen in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Ich werde alle meine Möbel während meiner Abwesenheit hier lassen, weshalb ich gerne eine Kaution von 500 € im Voraus nehmen möchte.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Helena (25), die Sozialarbeit studiert, und Leo (23), der Interkulturelle Medien und Kommunikation studiert, teilen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns immer auf gemeinsame Abende.

Hey there!
I'm going to study abroad in Vienna for the upcoming summer term, and therefore we are looking for someone to stay in Landshut for the summer.
About the flatshare:
You will live in a beautifully furnished room with an old wooden desk, a cozy DIY bed, a leather couch, and plenty of plants included!
The apartment is perfectly located:
• Supermarkets like ALDI and Penny are a 10-minute walk away.
• Local buses depart from Neustadt, Altstadt, and Ländthorplatz every 5-10 minutes.
• The University of Applied Sciences is 20 minutes away by bus on weekdays.
I will leave all my furniture for the duration of my absence, which is why I would like to take a deposit of €500 in advance.
You will share the flat with Helena (25), who is studying Social Work, and Leo (23), who is studying Intercultural Media and Communications.
We are not just a purpose-based shared apartment and look forward to doing activities together.
