Dein Zimmer ist wunderschön hell und zum angrenzenden Park heraus gelegen. Du hast auf deinen 30qm einen Wintergarten, einen Ofen und über die Küche Zugang in einen wunderschönen Garten. Du hast also genügend Raum für dich und, um es dir so richtig schön und gemütlich zu machen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert sein - wir können aber darüber sprechen, ob ein Sofa und ein Bett in deiner Zeit im Zimmer bleiben :)
Der angegebene Preis ist die Miete für den Monat März. Die Wohnung wird im Anschluss aufgelöst, d.h. es ist wirklich nur eine kurzzeitige Miete, eine Übernahme / längere Miete ist nicht möglich.

Your room is wonderfully bright and faces the adjoining park. On your 30 square meters you have a winter garden, an oven and access to a beautiful garden via the kitchen. So you have enough space for yourself and to make it really nice and cozy. The room will be unfurnished - but we can discuss whether a sofa and a bed will remain in the room during your stay :)
The price quoted is the rent for the month of March. The apartment will be dissolved afterwards, i.e. it is really only a short-term rental. There is no possibility of staying longer than that.
ACHTUNG!!!!!!!!!! Die Wohnung ist nicht in Connewitz, sondern in der Südstraße in 04416 Markkleeberg!!! Aber lass dich davon nicht abschrecken, denn die S- Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür, wodurch du innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Bayrischen Bahnhof sein kannst. Oder du fährst mit dem Rad am wunderschönen Kanal entlang bis zum Clara-Zetkin- Park. Und wenn man erstmal hier war, ist man wirklich direkt verzaubert und will nicht mehr weg. Das sag ich dir aus eigener Erfahrung :)
Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten entweder am Cospudener See oder am Markkleeberger See. Ein Lidl, ALDI und Konsum befinden sich in Laufnähe. Und auch das Dehner-Gartencenter, falls du da mal was shoppen möchtest. Hinter dem Haus ist ein wundervoller Garten, sodass du dich von Sonnenstrahlen im Gesicht und - bei offenem Fenster - von Vogelgezwitscher wecken lassen kannst.

But the public transport is right around the corner. So you can be at Bayrischer Bahnhof in 10 minutes and in 20 in the city center. As an alternative you can drive with your bike a beautiful way along a river leading directly to the Clara-Zetkin-Park.
So don't be afraid because when you have seen this place here once, I promise you, you will be amazed. I can tell you from my own experience :)
The area around the flat is really beautiful. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach either the cospudener or the markkleeberger See.
Supermarkets are right around the corner. In the backyard we have a beautiful garden
Das WG Leben ist gerade wegen der Wohnungsauflösung im Umbruch. Mit dir bis Ende März wohnen Andrii und Danial zusammen, ein weiteres Zimmer ist noch frei. Falls du eine Person kennst, die auch sucht, bring sie gerne mit :)
Bisher haben wir alle einen sehr unterschiedlichen Lebensrhythmus gehabt, aber alle sind viel zu Hause, sodass wir uns oft auf einen Plausch oder gemeinsames Mittagessen in der Küche begegnen. Außerdem ist die Hausgemeinschaft wirklich angenehm, da oben eine befreundete WG wohnt, mit der wir auch ab und an Zeit verbringen. Alles in allem für mich wirklich ein Wohlfühlort.

Life in the shared flat is currently in a state of upheaval due to the apartment clearance. Andrii and Danial will be living with you until the end of March, another room is still available. If you know someone who is also looking, please bring them along :)
So far we've all had very different rhythms of life, but we're all at home a lot, so we often meet up for a chat or lunch together in the kitchen. In addition, the house community is really pleasant, as a friend of ours lives upstairs and we also spend time with her from time to time. All in all, it really is a feel-good place for me.
