Hi, we are looking for a new roomie (female) who plans to stay in Leipzig for a longer period, as we require you to enter into a lease contract.
Our apartment is located in Connewitz, near the Karl Liebknecht straBe, where you will find several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, parks and lakes. The city center is about 15 minutes away by bike or tram.
The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 other people living in the apartment, 2 Chileans and one Argentinean, all of us work. We have a good coexistence and we like to get together to eat at home and do different activities together. We speak English, Spanish and a little bit of German.
The room has 16 m2, unfurnished and is available from February 1st, so we are requesting applications for future interviews.

Hallo, wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin (weiblich), die für einen längeren Zeitraum in Leipzig bleiben möchte, da wir einen Mietvertrag benötigen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Connewitz, in der Nähe der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, wo es mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Parks und Seen gibt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Wir leben mit 3 anderen Frauen zusammen, 2 Chileninnen und 1 Argentinierin, die auch arbeiten. Wir haben ein gutes Zusammenleben und treffen uns gerne zu Hause, um gemeinsam zu essen und verschiedene Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Wir sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und ein wenig Deutsch als gemeinsame Sprache.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß, Unmöbliert und steht ab dem 1. Februar zur Verfügung, also bewerbt euch bitte für zukünftige Gespräche.
