Das 17,5 qm Zimmer ist super hell, hat zwei große Fenster, hohe Decken, super schönen Holzboden, versprüht den klassischen Altbaucharme und ab spätem Vormittag bis frühen Abend scheint die Sonne bei dir rein. Klingt gut, oder?
Es liegt nach vorne zur Straße raus, wo die Straßenbahn entlangfährt - das solltest du wissen.
Zur sonstigen Wohnung:
Wir teilen uns eine tolle große, super gemütliche Küche, ein frisch saniertes Badezimmer und eine 4qm große Abstellkammer :) Platz für deine Sachen ist hier genug, ein Kellerabteil gibt es auch noch!

The 17.5 sqm room is super bright, with two large windows, high ceilings, beautiful wooden flooring, and that classic old-building charm. From late morning to early evening, the sun shines right in—sounds good, right?
It faces the street where the tram passes by, so that’s something to keep in mind.
About the rest of the apartment:
We share a lovely, spacious, and super cozy kitchen, a freshly renovated bathroom, and a 4 sqm storage room. :) There’s plenty of space for your things, plus we also have a basement storage unit!

Zur Uni und ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 15min mit der Bahn oder dem Rad.
Um die Ecke liegen 3 Straßenbahnhaltestellen: Connewitzer Kreuz, Stockartstraße und Wiedebachplatz.
Der Cospunder See ist in 15-20min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und der Wildpark für schöne Spaziergänge ist quasi ums Eck. Rewe und Netto sind fußläufig in 3-5 min erreichbar und auch sonst gibt tolle Bäckereien, Imbisse, Kneipen und vieles mehr zu entdecken.

Just around the corner, there are three tram stops: Connewitzer Kreuz, Stockartstraße, and Wiedebachplatz.
The Cospunder Lake can be reached by bike in 15–20 minutes, and the wildlife park, perfect for beautiful walks, is practically next door. Rewe and Netto are within a 3-5 minute walk, and there are also great bakeries, snack bars, pubs, and much more to discover.

Seit 3 Jahren lebe ich mittlerweile in Leipzig, bin 25 Jahre alt, studiere hier Ethnologie und so lange ist diese Wohnung auch schon mein Zuhause ☺️
Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch, unternehmungslustig, koche gerne, habe öfter Freund*innen zu besuch, komme auf spontane Umgestaltungsideen, mag Heimkinoabende, mags sauber & ordentlich und wünsche mir einen achtsamen, respektvollen Umgang im Zusammenleben.
Wie wir das genau gestalten wollen in Bezug auf Einkaufen, Wäsche waschen und putzen, können wir uns gerne gemeinsam überlegen!
Ich freue mich auf ein wohliges miteinander, tolle Küchenabende, spontane Unternehmungen und witzige Erlebnisse! :)
A little about me...
I’ve been living in Leipzig for 3 years now, I’m 25 years old, and I’m studying Anthropology here. This apartment has been my home for that long too ☺️
I’m a very sociable person, adventurous, love to cook, often have friends over, come up with spontaneous ideas for rearranging, like things clean and tidy, and I value a mindful, respectful approach to living together.
As for how we want to handle shopping, laundry, and cleaning, we can figure that out together!
I'm looking forward to a cozy living atmosphere, great kitchen nights, spontaneous adventures, and lots of fun moments! :)
Da wir die Wohnung hier im Jahr 2022 frisch saniert bezogen haben und alles selbst einrichten mussten inklusive Küche, hätte mein Mitbewohner gerne einen Abschlag in Höhe von 450,- €.
Du müsstest bereit sein mit mir Hauptmieter*in zu werden!
Dafür benötigt die Hausverwaltung von dir: eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft (aktuell), eine Mieter-Selbstauskunft und eine Vormieterauskunft.

Since we moved into this apartment in 2022 after it was freshly renovated and had to set everything up ourselves, including the kitchen, my roommate would like to request a contribution of €450.
You would need to be willing to become the main tenant with me!
For that, the property management requires: a current Schufa (solicitar ahora) report, a tenant self-disclosure, and a reference from your previous landlord.
