Moin an alle Wohnungssuchenden,
Ich (Emmi,26) suche für meine Wohnung n neue Mitbewohner:in. Der Zeitraum ab wann is noch relativ flexibel, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin noch nicht ausgezogen ist. Außerdem is das Zimmer für die nächsten 1,5/2 Jahre nur vermietbar. Ich weiß, dass das alles sehr wage ist aber über genauere Daten und Infos kann man ja persönlich reden.
Zu der Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 75 qm und 3 Zimmer. Das heißt es gibt ein Gästezimmer. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 22qm groß und geht zur Hauptstraße raus. Küche ist letztes Jahr renoviert worden also brauchst du eigentlich nichts mitbringen. Das Bad ist auch schön hell und mit ner Badewanne drin. Man kann also nicht meckern.
Zu mir/ wie ich mir ein Zusammenleben vorstelle:
Zu Hause bin ich eigentlich n ruhiger Mensch und brauch meinen Rückzugsort.
Es wäre also schön, wenn du nicht jeden Tag hier Party machen willst.
Das heißt nicht, dass es nicht ma laut werden kann aber gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme is bei mir das A und O. Natürlich is so was wie Sauberkeit, Respekt und Kommunikation auch das bare Minimum, was ich erwarte. Ich wünsche mir einfach n entspanntes Zusammenleben mit ner entsprechend Offenheit. Ich koche gerne und viel Vegetarisch oder Veganes Zeug, geh gern zu Konzis und interessiere mich für Politik. Falls das auch so in deinem Interessenbereiech liegt, sag gern Bescheid.

I (Emmi) am looking for a new roommate for my apartment. The period from when is still relatively flexible, as my current roommate hasn't moved out yet. About the apartment:
The apartment has 75 square meters and 3 rooms. That means there is a guest room. The room for rent is 22sqm and faces the main street. The kitchen was renovated last year so you don't actually need to bring anything with you. The bathroom is also nice and bright and has a bathtub in it. So you can't complain.
About me/how I imagine living together:
At home I'm actually a quiet person and need a place to retreat.
So it would be nice if you don't want to party here every day.
That doesn't mean that it can't get loud, but mutual consideration is the be-all and end-all for me. Of course, things like cleanliness, respect and communication are also the bare minimum that I expect. I just want a relaxed coexistence with appropriate openness. I like to cook a lot of vegetarian or vegan stuff, I like going to konzis and I'm interested in politics. If this is in your area of interest, please let me know.
