Hey,
ich bin Dinip (they/them) wund auf der Suche nach einer Zwischenmiete für 1-3 Monate in dem Zeitraum von Anfang März bis Anfang Juni.
Ich würde gerne in großen WGs wohnen, aber mein Bedürfnis nach Ruhe steht dem entgegen. Deswegen habe ich mir ein neues Wohnprinzip für mich ausgedacht: Ich wohne teilweise alleine und die restliche Zeit mit Zwischenmieten zusammen. So kann ich meinen beiden unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse gerecht werden.
Deswegen bin ich zeitlich sehr flexibel was das Ein- und Auszugsdatum angeht.
Die Wohnung hat zwei (Schlaf)Zimmer und eine Küche die alles hat was es braucht und in der gut verweilt werden kann.
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das Dino-Bad.
Dein Zimmer ist 17m² groß und möbliert. Du kannst aber auch gerne selber noch Möbel mitbringen. Das kriegen wir bestimmt irgendwie unter. Zudem gibt es ja auch einen Keller.
Ich wohne erst seit Anfang Januar hier und deswegen ist dein zukünftiges Zimmer noch nicht komplett eingerichtet. Bis du einziehst, wird es ein Bett mit Matratze geben. Die Möbel kannst du stellen wie du magst. Es wird zudem noch ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Sofa dazu kommen. Das Bauholz etc. kommt dann natürlich in den Keller, wenn du einziehst.

I'm Dinip (they/them) and I'm looking for a temporary rental for about 1-3 months in the period from Beginning of March to the beginning of June.
I would like to live in large shared apartments, but my need for peace and quiet conflicts with that. That's why I came up with a new living principle for myself: I live alone part of the time and live with sub-tenants the rest of the time. This way I can meet both of my different needs.
Thats why I am very flexible with the move-in and move-out dates.
The apartment has two (bed)rooms and a kitchen, which has everything you need and where you can enjoy to stay.
The heart of the apartment is the dinosaur bathroom.
Your room is 17m² in size and furnished. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture. I'm sure we'll figure it out somehow. There is also a cellar.
I've only been living here since the beginning of January and so your future room isn't fully furnished yet. There will be a bed with a mattress until you move in. You can place the furniture however you like. There will also be a desk with chair and a sofa. The lumber etc. will of course go into the basement when you move in.
Es ist eine ruhige Gegend.
Das Naturbad Südwest ist 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt und der super große Cospudener See ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Supermärkte: Kland ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür und in 1 Gehminute erreichbar. Lidl, Netto und Aldi sind alle 3-5 Fahrradminuten entfernt.
Stressfrei(eres) Einkaufen ist hier möglich, da die Supermärkte viel Platz haben und meistens relativ leer sind.

It's a quiet area.
The Südwest natural pool is a 5-minute bike ride away and the super large Cospudener Lake can be reached within 10 minutes.
Supermarkets: Kland is practically right on your doorstep and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. Lidl, Netto and Aldi are all 3-5 minutes away by bike.
Stress-free shopping is possible here, as the supermarkets have a lot of space and are usually relatively empty.
Ich ernähre mich vornehmlich vegan, esse aber manchmal Bio Milch Produkte.
Ich bin offen was Essen teilen angeht. Für mich ist es aber auch genauso ok, wenn alle ihr eigenes Fach haben.
Kochen für einander finde ich schön, ist aber kein Muss.
Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe.
Ich brauche viel Ruhe und lade in der Wohnung meine Energie auf. Gleichzeitig freue ich mich über Austausch und möchte gerne Alltag teilen und z.B. vom heutigen Tag erzählen. Wenn was spannendes geteilt werden möchte oder auch Trauriges passiert, finde ich es schön, wenn die andere Person da ist.
Einmal die Woche ist ein 2 jähriges Kind bei mir, von Sonntag auf Montag. Es ist super offen, neugierig und meistens auch ruhig. Es hat ein eigenen kleines "Zimmer" zum schlafen, bewegt sich aber sonst frei in der Wohnung. Bis auf dein Zimmer, das bestimmst du natürlich selber. Wie viel Kontakt du zu dem Kind haben willst, ist auch deine Entscheidung.

I eat primarily vegan, but sometimes eat organic milk products.
I'm open about sharing food. But for me it's just as okay if everyone has their own subject.
I think cooking for each other is nice, but it's not a must.
There is a fridge with freezer.
I need a lot of rest and recharge my energy in the apartment. At the same time, I enjoy exchanges and would like to share everyday life and, for example, talk about today. When something exciting needs to be shared or something sad happens, I think it's nice when the other person is there.
A 2 year old child stays with me once a week, from Sunday to Monday. It's super open, curious and mostly quiet. It has its own little "room" to sleep in, but otherwise moves freely around the apartment. Except for your room, of course you decide for yourself. Its also your choice how much conatact you like to have to the child.

BIPoC sind willkommen. Ich selber bin aber weiß und teile somit keine rassistischen Erfahrungen.
Ich habe und werde mich auch weiter mit meinen weißen Privilegien auseinander setzten. Es ist nie ausgelernt und ich bin dankbar über jede Art von Kritik.
Fließend spreche ich leider nur Deutsch und Englisch.
