The rent of the room is €400 per month with everything including Internet and electricity.
Searching for a roommate to split the cost of the rent. I just moved into this apartment few days ago, which you can see for yourself on photos. But no worries, because I will have everything that we need furniture wise by the time it's time for you to move in.
The apartment is located in Grünau 04209, 5 min away on foot is the mall Alee Center, which contains many shops including supermarkets like Rewe and Aldi.
The trams 8, 15, s-bahn 1 and bus 61 are all within 5-6 min walking distance from the apartment.
Your room is about 10sq meters. It's big enough to comfortably put a one-person bed, a wardrobe and maybe a small desk.
A little bit about me: I'm 24, male from Croatia, and working in a warehouse. I'm quiet and clean, respectful of other people's privacy. In my free time I like to spend time with friends, go to an occasional party, try new things, or just stay home and relax.
My preferences for a future roommate: 1. Your age is between 20 and 30, this is because it's similar to my age so I think communication will be easier
2. You speak English, my German is not that good yet.
3. You want to stay long term (atleast 1 year), but even if you want to stay shorter it's also fine.
Gender, religion, nationality and those kind of things don't matter to me, everyone is welcome as long as they're respectful.
