Ich mache ein Erasmus und möchte mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist vom 15.01.25, bis zum 31.05.25 frei.
Das Zimmer ist groß und geht nach Süden raus. Ich habe ein Klavier, das du sehr gerne bespielen kannst :) Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Wanne, eine große, gemütliche Küche und an der Küche einen fetten Balkon, der immer ein bisschen Pflege gebrauchen könnte.
Die Lage hier in Kleinzschocher ist ein bisschen abseits, man kommt mit dem Rad trotzdem gut überall in Leipzig hin. Zum Adler ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang, von da fahren diverse Trams. Es ist schön ruhig und der Volkspark direkt um die Ecke ist super schön. Aldi und Rewe gibt es auch um die Ecke.
Mein Mitbewohner Hai (mit dem du zusammenwohnen würdest) ist ein absolut großartiger, herzlicher Mensch. Er ist Künstler, arbeitet Teilzeit in einem Paketversand und schreibt im Moment viel und schneidet Filmmaterial. Unser Zusammenleben war nie zweck-wg-mäßig.
Essen haben wir bisher immer geteilt, aber da könnt ihr natürlich eure Dynamik finden. Die WG hat auch einen Solawi-Anteil, da kannst du natürlich gerne mitmachen :) - ich hab das mit 35€ pro Monat bei sonstige Kosten aufgeschrieben.
Auf rechtes, menschenverachtendes, sexistisches, rassistisches, klassistisches habe ich generell absolut keinen Bock!
Falls du nicht in der Stadt bist können wir uns gerne erstmal online treffen.

Hello!
I am doing an Erasmus and would like to rent my room. The room is free from 15.01.25 until 31.05.25.
The room is large and faces south. I have a piano that you are very welcome to play :) We have a large bathroom with tub, a large, cozy kitchen and a fat balcony off the kitchen that could always use a little care.
The location here in Kleinzschocher is a bit off center, but you can still get anywhere in Leipzig by bike. It's a short walk to the Adler and there are various trams from there. It's a quiet area and the Volkspark just around the corner is super nice. Aldi and Rewe are also around the corner.
My flatmate Hai (who you would be living with) is an absolutely great, warm person. He's an artist, works part-time at a factory for package-shipping and is currently doing a lot of writing and film editing. Even when we are both busy we still enjoy eating together or going for a walk. The WG has a solawi-Anteil which you could take part of if you want.
I don't want any sexist, racist, classist or right wing bullshit in the wg!
