The shared apartment is located in the southeast of Leipzig, just a five-minute walk from the Bayerischer Bahnhof and about 10 minutes by bike from the city center or the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße ("Karli"). There are plenty of shopping options, cafés, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, offering everything you need for daily life.
Room
The cozy room is partially furnished and approximately 10 m² in size. It comes with a double bed, a desk, and a dresser.
Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch, aber gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich im 4. Stock (45m²):

Ich bin Tierarzt und pendle regelmäßig zwischen Leipzig und Potsdam. Da ich höchstens zwei Wochen im Monat in Leipzig bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in meiner 2-Raum-Wohnung befristet. Wenn ich in Leipzig bin, schlafe ich meinst auf der Couch, sodass du dein eigenes Zimmer für dich hast. Ich arbeite täglich lange Stunden, manchmal auch am Wochenende, daher hast du viele Ruhe in der Wohnung und in deinem Zimmer.
Gerne können wir auch gemeinsam kochen, essen und unterhalten - aber Privatsphäre und Rückzugsmöglikeiten sind natürlich ebenso wichtig und werden respektiert.

I am a veterinarian who commutes between Leipzig and Potsdam. Since I am in Leipzig for a maximum of two weeks per month, I am temporarily renting out my room in my 2-room apartment. When I am in Leipzig, I prefer to sleep on the couch, so you will have your own room to yourself. I work long hours every day, sometimes even on weekends, so you will have plenty of peace and quiet in the apartment and in your room.
I am happy to cook, eat, and chat together, but privacy and personal space are of course equally respected.
