The room can also be taken from beginning of August or September !!
This freshly renovated room is 20sqm big, quite bright and has a queen size bed, a big shelf, a desk, a chair and a lamp !
The furnitures need to stay because they belong to the landlord.
The walls isolate quite well the noise and when the window is closed you don't hear anything from outside anymore!
You are free to bring whatever you feel like in the room, this will be your safespace! You can also change the position of the furnitures if you feel like it!
The location of the apartment is really great!
We are near the city center and below the famous Eisenbahnstraße!
We have :
Groceries stores : Kaufland (15min by foot), Rewe (3min) and Konsum (10min)

Hey you!
We are Eva (27) and Charlotte (25), 2 french girls who met in Leipzig and decided to live together!
Charlotte speaks French and English fluently, German B1.
Eva speaks French and English fluently, Spanish level A2/B1, German level A1.
Charlotte will be freshly graduated from an art school this summer, but she was already living her best painter life in Leipzig, and we got the chance to get her paints hanging on the walls of our apartment! She's working half time at home and half time at her atelier in Reudnitz. Charlotte has a nice and interesting personnality, you can have long and deep talk with her about life. She's often up to hang out with you in techno club or art exhibition, or just to have a smoke on the balcony. She takes life as it comes and doesn't bother herself too much about her future. You will often find her chilling in the living room or the balcony.
Eva is doing a PhD in Neurosciences in a lab of the Uniklinik. She's mostly working at the lab but can sometimes have some days where she sitting at home to do some analysis. She's an easy going person and adopt a positive attitude towards life! Eva likes spending sometime by herself after a long day of work, but no worries, when the weekend comes (or whe work is not so busy) then she will be super happy to spend time with you and take you out! She's also trying hard to get a sportive routine, not always working but she's your woman if you want a sportive partner! She will be also super happy to have a Germans speaking flatmate to improve her German skills!
Otherwise, we have tons of board games and video games at home, we also both crochet and Eva starting embroidery recently, we also like watching the TV together, or just share a dinner. Eva is vegetarian at home and Charlotte eats very low amount of meat and fish.
We want to draw your attention on our sense of cleanliness. Here the apartment is always clean and tidy. This means that having dishes hanging around of dirts on the kitchen workplan is not an option. We don't have a cleaning schedule but we might start having one when you will move in. This is really important to us, because we're both working and coming back from a long day into a clean apartment is a great feeling we would like to keep !
We are perfectly aware that the price is high but it's definitely worth it!
The apartment was entirely renovated last october :
Kitchen : New equipements, dish washer, oven, microwave, induction hobs, hood...
Bathroom : Washing machine, drying machine, shower, bath...
Corridor : 2 bigs shelves and a lot of space to be used to put whatever we want...
Living room : 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, Wii, Switch, dinner table and lots of plants!
Balcony : Corner sofa (pictures not up to date), barbecue, table, chairs and lots of plants as well
