Schönes helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine gemütliche Küche zum Hinterhof raus. Der Hinterhof ist auch sehr schön mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schaukel, Feuerkorb und netten Nachbarn, mit denen wir auch viel Kontakt haben.
Ich werde etwas Platz in den Schränken für Garderobe freiräumen und es gibt Spiegel im Bad und einen größeren im Flur.
Gibt ein 1,40m Bett und ein Schlafsofa. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, Schreibtisch, Musikanlage, und evtl auch ein Gästefahrrad (falls du über 1,90m groß bist), ein Klavier...

Nice bright room with floorboards, a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and a cosy kitchen facing the backyard. The backyard is also very nice with seating, swing, fire basket and nice neighbours with whom we have a lot of contact.
I will clear some space in the wardrobes for clothes and there are mirrors in the bathroom and a larger one in the hallway.
There is a 1.40m bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bed linen is available, desk, music system, and possibly also a guest bike (if you are over 1.90m tall), a piano...
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Lindenau gelegen. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Im Angebot!), Karl Heine, Gießer und Georg Schwarz Straße alles nicht weit.
Der Clara-Zetkin Park ist in 10min mit der Tram zu erreichen,
die Tramstation ist 1min zu Fuß entfernt.
Trotz guter Anbindung ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und kann eine gute Ruhe- und Rückzugsmöglichkeit bieten.

The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood Lindenau. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
The Clara-Zetkin Park can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport,
the tram station is a 1-minute walk away.
Despite good connections, the apartment is quietly located and can offer a good place to rest and retreat.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Charlotte sein. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam, offen und allgemein ein ganz toller Mensch. :)
Wir haben ein aktives WG Leben mit Pläuschchen, gemeinsam Essen, geteiltem Kühlschrank etc., wäre schön, wenn du darauf auch Lust hast!

We have an active flat share life with chatting, eating together, sharing the fridge etc., would be great if you'd like to do the same!
Das Zimmer wird für Februar untervermietet. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird dann über den März weg sein. Falls du etwas für zwei Monate suchst, kannst du nach einem Monat in ihr Zimmer umziehen. :)

Am liebsten wäre es uns natürlich sich im Vorfeld persönlich zu treffen, falls du nicht vorort bist können wir aber auch gerne Telefonieren/Facetimen - vor Allem um zu schauen, ob es zwischen dir und Charlotte passt.
