Wir vermieten das Zimmer 1 den Februar und Zimmer 2 den März über. Wir suchen also eine Person die für zwei Monate bei uns wohnen möchte und mit einem zimmerwechsel ab der Hälfte einverstanden wäre.
Den ersten Monat würdest du dann mit Charlotte (w) wohnen und den zweiten mit Samu (m).
Beide zimmer sind hell und schön und mit Dielenboden, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine gemütliche Küche zum Hinterhof raus. Der Hinterhof ist auch sehr schön mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schaukel, Feuertonne und netten Nachbarn, mit denen wir auch viel Kontakt haben.
Wir werden etwas Platz in den Schränken für Garderobe freiräumen.
In beiden Zimmer ist ein 1,40m Bett. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, Schreibtisch, Musikanlage, und evtl auch ein Gästefahrrad, und ein Klavier.

First of all: we are looking for a Person who wants to stay for two months with us and is ok with changing the room at half of the stay. The First month you would live with Charlotte (f) and the Second with Samu (m).
Nice bright room with floorboards, a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and a cosy kitchen facing the backyard. The backyard is also very nice with seating, swing, fire basket and nice neighbours with whom we have a lot of contact.
I will clear some space in the wardrobes for clothes and there are mirrors in the bathroom and a larger one in the hallway.
There is a 1.40m bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bed linen is available, desk, music system, and possibly also a guest bike (if you are over 1.90m tall), a piano..
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Lindenau gelegen. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Im Angebot!), Karl Heine, Gießer und Georg Schwarz Straße alles nicht weit.
Der Clara-Zetkin Park ist in 10min mit der Tram zu erreichen,
die Tramstation ist 1min zu Fuß entfernt.
Trotz guter Anbindung ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und kann eine gute Ruhe- und Rückzugsmöglichkeit bieten.

The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood Lindenau. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
The Clara-Zetkin Park can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport,
the tram station is a 1-minute walk away.
Despite good connections, the apartment is quietly located and can offer a good place to rest and retreat.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Charlotte sein. Sie ist seeeehr nett. :-) Wir haben ein aktives WG Leben mit Pläuschchen, gemeinsam Essen, geteiltem Kühlschrank etc., falls du darauf Lust hast, schön! Falls nicht, auch total okay für einen Monat. :)

We have an active flat share life with chatting, eating together, sharing the fridge etc., would be great if you'd like to do the same!
Das Zimmer 1 wird für Februar untervermietet. Genau genommen ist es ab dem 26. Januar frei, falls du schon eher einziehen möchtest.
Die 410€ sind eine Monatsmiete, insgesamt wären es dann also 820€
Das Zimmer 1 ist 14qm groß und das Zimmer 2 ist 17qm groß.

It's a sublet for february & March.
The Rent of 410€ is for one month, so in total it would be 820€.
The room 1 is 14squaremetres big and the room 2 17squaremetres.
