Wir wohnen direkt um die Ecke vom Lindenauer Markt. Bis zur Haltestelle bzw. bis zum großen Kaufland läufst du 100m. In der Nähe gibts den Schwarzwurzel-Bioladen, Angebot, ... Pekar, wenn du gute Pizza suchst, ..
Da sind der Fluss und der Palmengarten zum Picknicken, Lesen, Spazierengehen etc.
An der Zschocherschen Straße / Karl-Heine bist du in 5 Min. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Kinos piapapo.
U.a. Tante Manfred und das Neue Schauspiel sind um die Ecke.

100mt from Lindenauer Markt tram and bus stop;
in front of the almighty Kaufland and close to the Schwarzwurzel Bioladen, Angebot, Pekar for really good pizza;
close to the river and Palmengarten for a nice walk, picnic, reading, walking the dog;
5mins to Zschochersche and KarlHeine and its restaurants, shops, cinemas, pubs;
the nice pub Tante Manfred and Neue Schauspiel are 100meters away, hopefullz they'll open again soon.
Wir haben eine nicht allzu große aber gemütliche Küche, ausgestattet mit üblichem Küchengedöns, sehr vielen Gewürzen und einer kleinen Bank zum Essen oder Lümmeln. Wahrscheinlich nehmen wir etwas Geschirr etc mit. Aber das können wir alles noch besprechen. Wir haben ne Waschmaschine, die wahrscheinlich hier bleibt. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche UND eine Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken.
Und unten gibts einen Hinterhof/ Mini-Garten, der eigentlich ganz süß ist. Er wird nicht so intensiv genutzt. Dabei kann man dort tatsächlich ganz nett sitzen, grillen (das Fahrrad parken).

There´s a nice but not so big kitchen with the usual stuff and a cozy bench to eat and chill as necessary. We might take some small things with us, but all this we can still discuss together. We have a nice washing machine, which will probably stay in the flat. In the bathroom, there are both bathtub and shower, as well as two sinks... in case you need to use two sinks at once. There's also a pretty cute common garden space with table and chairs and bbq, although not so used, and a bike parking space.
At the moment are living here:
Aaron, 23 from South Africa, works as a cook in a vegan restaurant and has a passion for fashion, flohmarkt, friends, 70's disco music. He speaks native english and fluent german (leaving in June).
Ludovico, 28 from Italy, composer and percussionist and film director. He speaks native italian, fluent english, and basic german (leaving in July).
Milena, 29 from Germany, finishing a Master in Psychology. Speak native german, fluent english and french (leaving in July).
