This super cozy room faces the quiet backyard where there are beautiful big trees that bloom in spring. Though the room is quite small, it's very bright as it faces the south/east and so the sun shines into the room most of the day, making plants and maybe you very happy.
The furniture will stay in the room if you prefer this!
PLEASE NOTE: Starting from October the contract will change, until then you only have to pay ~355€ with everything included! The room will then be furnished by the house management if you would like to change the furniture.
Other than the bedroom we have the luxury of a really beautiful big living room with the most comfortable sofa, a beamer and enough space to have small dance sessions, yoga or just to hang out :)
The location couldn't be better! Even though we live in the vibrant east with lots of young people, bars, cafes and social/cultural centers just around the corner, we are in a very quiet and chill part. The tram and bus are just a few minutes away and within two stations you can reach the main station. If you want to hang out in the sun or do some sports outside there are two parks in 10min walking distance!
You will be living together with Tarini (24) and Stella (25 sooon), who are very open and caring flatmates. Even though both are involved with their jobs, sports and friends, we always find time for each other, whether its having lunch on our sunny balcony, giving each other motivational speeches or getting involved in some intense political topics. Apropos politics: we are looking for a person who has the capacity to reflect on their -isms if ya know what I mean.
In general it's just important for us that everyone feels good and can share their thoughts and feelings, so we can create a beautiful home all together!
Other than that we share our vegetarian food and always cook in big portions for everyone, which is lovely because you get to eat a bigger variety of dishes and can cook less frequently!
We don't have a cleaning schedule because everyone keeps an eye on making this home yummy and cozy :)
Aaand we don't smoke and would love a person who does not smoke frequently.

I will quite my contract until the 1.10.24, so before that you have the old conditions of ~355€ and after that the price will increase to ~550€ with everything included and the room will be partly or fully furnished by the house management (whichever you prefer).
The date for moving in can also be earlier if you would like that.
