I'm Maria and my room will be available for sublet from mid-February to April, exact dates are flexible and can be discussed :)
The room is cosy, with a large table, great lighting and plenty of floor space for stretching or workouts. The two windows in the room open to the balcony, facing the back of the house, so it's very quiet. I would like to leave my furniture and some personal things in the room, but we can discuss moving things around depending on your needs.
The flat is located just around the corner from Eisi. The transport connections are great, close to both tram stops Torgauer Platz and H.-Liebmann-/Eisenbahnstraße. Hbf is 10 minutes away by tram or bike, and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk
The flat has everything you might need, and you are welcome to use everything. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, and so is the bathroom. During winter, the flat is very warm, with floor heating that feels super nice.
You’ll be sharing the space with Joschka and Philip. Joschka is finishing his studies in Biochemistry, and Philip just started a Master’s in Geography. Everyone is usually busy with their things, but the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and supportive. Open communication is important to them, so they would appreciate people who are considerate and communicative about shared living needs. Both speak German, but I don't. So please write to me in English.
