mein Name ist Evelina und ich suche ab dem 1. Dezember 2024 jemanden für eine Zwischenmiete für mindestens 3 - 6 Monate (Absprache möglich). Es geht um ein 13 m² großes Zimmer mit großem Fenster und hohen Altbaudecken im entspannten Viertel Plagwitz. Von hier erreichst du und hast du alles im Umkreis von 15 min zu Fuß. Mehrere Supermärkte, den Palmengarten und Clara Park, die Universität und Hochschulen sind alle mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und eine super Straßenbahnanbindung zum HBF (10-15 min) ist auch mit drin.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich mag Kaffee, Menschen und Leipzig und würde mich als sehr offene, entspannte und soziale Person bezeichnen. Da ich aber gerne eher in einem Kennlerngespräch mehr über mich teilen würde, schlage ich vor, dass du auf einen Kaffee und kleine Wohnungstour vorbeikommst. Schreib mir gerne vorab ein paar Sätze zu dir und gerne welche deine Lieblings-Eissorte ist, nur um sicher zugehen, dass du meinen tiefsinnigen und mühevollen Text auch bis hier hin gelesen hast. 🤗🛸 Gerne ganz zu Beginn. My name is Evelina, and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room starting from December 1, 2024, for at least 3 to 6 months (flexible). The room is 13 m² with a large window and high ceilings typical of old buildings, located in the relaxed neighborhood of Plagwitz. From here, everything you need is within a 15-minute walk. Several supermarkets, the Palm Garden, Clara Park, as well as universities and colleges are all easily accessible by bike, and there's also excellent tram connection to the central train station (10-15 min).
A bit about me: I love coffee, people, and Leipzig, and would describe myself as an open, relaxed, and sociable person. However, since I prefer to share more about myself in a personal conversation, I suggest you come over for a coffee and a quick tour of the apartment.
