Die Lage ist optimal: Gute Anbindung ist durch die Straßenbahnlinien 1 und 2 (Haltestelle Stieglitzstraße) gegeben.
Außerdem ist der Auwald in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Konsum, Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und eine Arztpraxis befinden sich direkt nebenan.
Sowohl die Zschochersche Straße, die Karl-Heine-Straße, der Clara-Zetkin-Park und von dort aus das Musikviertel und die Innenstadt sind in naher Umgebung.

The location is ideal: good connections are provided by tram lines 1 and 2 (Stieglitzstraße stop).
The Auwald forest can also be reached on foot in two minutes.
A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and doctor's surgery are right next door.
Zschochersche Straße, Karl-Heine-Straße, Clara-Zetkin-Park and, from there, the music district and the city centre are all nearby.

Momentan ist das Leben in der WG geprägt von gemeinsamen (Koch-)Aktivitäten, spontanen Küchengesprächen und gemeinsamen Auszeiten. Lotte ist Musik- und Tanzlehrerin und hat gerade ihre Masterarbeit abgeschlossen. Viki ist Digitaldesignerin, Tänzerin, spricht etwas Deutsch und fantastisches Englisch. Jonathan schreibt eine Masterarbeit über Musikpädagogik, liebt Bouldern, Monocycle Biking und Filme.
Im Moment teilen wir uns die Grundnahrungsmittel und die Solawi-Box. Für 100 Euro im Monat (25 Euro pro Person) bekommt die WG frisches, regionales Biogemüse, das oft gemeinsam gekocht wird.
Wir versuchen, uns regelmäßig zu treffen, um Fragen rund um die WG zu besprechen.

At the moment, life in the shared flat is characterized by joint (cooking) activities, spontaneous kitchen conversations and time out together. Lotte is a music and dance teacher and is recently finished her Master's thesis. Viki is a digital designer, dancer, speaks some German and fantastic English. Jonathan is writing a Master thesis on music pedagogy, is into bouldering, monocycle biking, and movies.

At the moment, we share basic foods and Solawi box. For 100 euros a month (25 euros per person), the flat share gets fresh, regional organic vegetables, which are often cooked together.
We try to meet regularly to discuss matters relating to the shared flat.

Bisher ist die WG vegan/ vegetarisch geprägt und eine Nicht-Rauch*innen-WG. In Ausnahmefällen können natürlich Absprachen getroffen werden.
Die Gesamt-Miete inklusive Heiz- und Nebenkosten sowie Internet beträgt also 384 Euro. Das Gemüse ist hier nicht enthalten. Auch darüber können wir ins Gespräch kommen, sollte eine Übernahme des Anteils schwierig sein.)

So far, the flat share is vegan/ vegetarian and a non-smoking flat share. In exceptional cases, arrangements can of course be made.
The total rent including heating and ancillary costs as well as internet is therefore 384 euros. Vegetables are not included here. We can also discuss this if it is difficult to take over the share).
