Die WG liegt im schönen, grünen und abwechslungsreichen Stadtteil Reudnitz-Thonberg, direkt am Lene-Voigt-Park und 5 Gehminuten vom Friedenspark entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Kaufland und Penny sowie einige Bioläden, ein Unverpacktladen, alles nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Um die Ecke befindet sich auch die Substanz, im Sommer ein toller Biergarten mit dazugehöriger Pianobar für kältere Tage, mehrere Späties (u.a. das Zu Spät und auch ein Biospäti) und auch verschiedene Hausprojekte wie das Atari, inkl. Montagsküfa, Wurze etc. Überraschend schnell ist man auch in der Innenstadt - Augustusplatz/Hauptbahnhof sind bequem in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In weiteren 5 Minuten ist man auch mit dem Rad im Süden oder Westen. Straßenbahnen gibt es natürlich auch in der Nähe. Entweder die 4 oder 7 auf der Dresdner Straße oder diverse Straßenbahnen/Busse am Ostplatz.
