Hey everyone!
A fully unfurnished room is becoming available in our flatshare, and we’re looking for someone to join us. I’m taking all the furniture with me, but I’m uploading photos so you can see the space properly. The room easily fits a large bed, a sofa, a TV stand, a spacious desk, and either two dressers or a wardrobe behind the door.
The flat has a big kitchen where we like to cook, chat, and hang out, plus a sunny balcony that’s perfect for relaxing in summer. The bathroom was recently renovated and has both a tub and a shower, so no fights over hot water. There’s also a small storage room and a secure courtyard/garage for bikes.

The flat is in a great location—5 minutes by bike to the city center or Eisenbahnstraße. Tram lines 4 and 7 take you to the train station or the west, and bus 70 goes south. Kaufland and Rewe are just around the corner, and there’s a Späti nearby for late-night snack emergencies.
You’ll be living with:
Zambra, who studied German and English literature and now works. Always up for a good chat and bringing good vibes.
Claudia, a psychologist who also works and keeps the balance in the flat.
Linus, 23, a Computer Science student, making sure the WiFi never fails.
We’re easygoing, open-minded, and enjoy spending time together while also respecting personal space. We speak Spanish, English, and German, so communication won’t be an issue.
