I am moving out from my apartment from 1st of March so we are searching for a zwiechenmiete form 1st of March to end of June or July.
My flat is located near the lively Lene-Voigt-Park and close to public transport and supermarkets.It is 2-room flat with a big kitchen, big hallway that one can use for wardrobes and shelves.Kitchen is equiped with all necessary home appliances and there is also a washing machine.
Your roommate would be Shuhan, 24-year-old Chinese student of mathematics. He's very kind and nice, speaks perfect English and is quite busy most of the times. The warmmiete of the flat is 580 euro which is shared between two people. So your share would be 275 Euros montly. Moreover,the electricity and internet costs are near 30 euros more per month.
