It's a quite spacious room with two beds which can be put together, a closet, shelfs and a working desk with a chair. It's quite bright during the day, I've used matt Fensterfolie to make it more private. There are curtains for darkening the room.
S Bahn is 8 minutes away, and tram on maybe 2 or 3, so it has excellent (and frequent) connections to the city.
There's Konsum, Lidl and Rewe really near by (5-10 min).
There are a few smaller parks and the magnificent Völkerschlachtdenkmal monument with a large park around it.

There's basically everything here - a toaster, a washing machine, a kettle, bedsheets, dishwasher, dishes etc. It's just that the previous tenants didn't use these, so they are all packed in the boxes in the kitchen.
Electricity is paid by you (it was around 25e monthly for us), all the other costs are included, except there's no Internet. There are the Kabel and DSL connections possible, I used these with Vodafone via Check24, and the cost was 12 e per month for the whole place (you can split it in half with your flatmate.
