14m²-room in lovely and cozy three-person-flatshare for subtenancy

Die WG liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss eines sanierten Altbaus in einer breiten und ruhigen Nebenstraße. Einen Aufzug gibt es zwar nicht, aber dafür sparst du dir auch das Hochschleppen von schweren Möbeln:) In drei Gehminuten bist du bei der Tram (4) oder der S2 und S3. Mit den Öffis sind es 15min bis zur Uni oder ins Zentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad bis du genauso flott in der Stadt. Es fährt auch ein Nachtbus. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einen Konsum, Norma, Obst-/Gemüseladen, zwei Bäckereien, zwei Imbissbuden und einen Geldautomaten. Alles auch nur in 3 bis 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

The flat share is located on the second floor of a renovated old building in a wide and quiet side street. There is no elevator, but you don't have to lug heavy furniture upstairs:) In three minutes you can walk to the streetcar (4) or the S2 and S3. By public transport it is 15 minutes to the university or the city center. By bike you can get to the city just as quickly. There is also a night bus. There is also a supermarket, Norma, fruit/vegetable store, two bakeries, two Pizza-/Döner-Stores and an ATM in the area. Everything is also only a 3 to 5 minute walk away.

Das WG-Leben zu beschreiben ist noch etwas schwierig, da wir (Gabriel, Joanne, Max) die WG erst vor wenigen Wochen ganz frisch neu gegründet haben, als sich dazu spontan die Gelegenheit bot. Kennengelernt haben wir uns über Freunde und die Wohnungsnot hat uns zusammengeschweißt. Man kann aber sagen, dass wir alle sehr rücksichtsvolle, hilfsbereite, super liebe und verständnisvolle Menschen sind. Alle haben hier ihren Freiraum, wenn sie ihn mal brauchen.
Gekocht wir vegetarisch oder vegan, aber solltest du Fleisch essen, ist das auch kein Problem.
Einen Putzplan gibt es noch nicht. Es wir aber schon darauf geachtet, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume Flur, Küche und Bad sauber bleiben.
Ein kommunikatives Miteinander ist für das Zusammenleben sehr wichtig.

Hier stellen wir uns mal kurz vor:

Hallöchen. Ich bin Gabriel, 21 Jahre alt und studiere seit Oktober Ethnologie (und lerne auch Türkisch) im ersten Fachsemester an der Universität Leipzig. Ich bin nach meinem Auslands-FSJ aus Köln dazugezogen. Meine Hobbys sind ganz viele verschiedene Sportarten (Fußball, Basketball, Volleyball, Frisbee, Kraftsport mit eigenem Körpergewicht) und Schlagzeug spielen. Ich gehe auch sehr gerne mal feiern. Am liebsten Techno... Konzerte oder Koch- und Spieleabende mit Freunden sind aber auch eine tolle Sache. Da ich in den Semesterferien verreist bin, wirst du in mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete einziehen.

Hellou, ich bin Joanne, 19 Jahre alt und ich studiere wie Gabriel Ethnologie in ersten Semester. Wenn ich nicht gerade in der Bib sitze und arabisch lerne, bin ich entweder mit Freunden unterwegs, Kaffee trinken oder beides gleichzeitig (großer Pluspunkt an dich wenn du auch gerne Kaffee trinkst, ich bin damit gerade sehr alleine in der WG;)) Ansonsten gehe ich gerne bouldern wenn ich Mal Zeit finde oder arbeite an meinen Strick-Skills.

Hey ich bin Max, bin 20 Jahre alt und komme aus Aachen. Zum Wintersemester bin ich nach Leipzig gekommen um hier Jura zu studieren. Nach dem Abi war ich überwiegend arbeiten um dann 4 Monate in Südost-Asien und Europa zu reisen.
In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gern alles an Ballsportarten (vorallem Handball und Volleyball), gehe joggen, oder spiele Klavier. Ansonsten treffe ich mich viel mit Freunden, sei es zum Kochen, quatschen, feiern gehen oder auf ein, zwei Bier.

It is a bit difficult to describe the life in the shared flat, because we (Gabriel, Joanne, Max) have just founded the flat a few weeks ago, when the opportunity arose spontaneously. We got to know each other through friends and the housing shortage has welded us together. But we are all very considerate, helpful, super loving and understanding people. Everyone has their own space here when they need it.
The cooking is vegetarian or vegan, but if you eat meat, that's no problem either.
There is no cleaning schedule yet. But we already take care that the common rooms hallway, kitchen and bathroom stay clean.
A communicative togetherness is very important for living together.

Hello. I'm Gabriel, 21 years old and I'm studying ethnology (and learning turkish too) in my first semester at the University of Leipzig since October. I moved here from Cologne after my volunteer-year abroad. My hobbies are many different sports (football, basketball, volleyball, frisbee, weight training with my own body weight) and playing the drums. I also like to party, especially techno... Concerts or cooking and game evenings with friends are also a great thing. Because I'm traveling during the semester break, you will move into my room as an interim tenant.

Hellou, I'm Joanne, 19 years old and like Gabriel I'm studying ethnology in the first semester. When I'm not sitting in the library and learning Arabic, I'm either out with friends, drinking coffee or both at the same time (big plus point to you if you also like drinking coffee, I'm very alone in the flat share right now ;)) Otherwise I like to boulder when I have time or work on my knitting skills.

Hey. I'm Max, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Aachen. I came to Leipzig for the winter semester to study law. After graduation I was mostly working and then I traveled around Southeast Asia and Europe for 4 months.
In my free time I like to play all kinds of ball sports (especially handball and volleyball), go jogging, or play the piano. Otherwise, I like to meet up with friends, whether it's for cooking, chatting, partying, or having a beer or two.

Wie bereits erwähnt, wurde die WG vor kurzem erst neu gegründet. Das heißt, dass wir uns noch gewisse Dinge wie Küchentisch und Stühle, Staubsauger und Spiegelschrank und paar Kleinigkeiten anschaffen müssen. Deshalb sieht auf den Fotos alles noch ein bißchen chaotisch aus. Aber Das wird schon:) Abschrecken lassen solltest du dich davon nicht, denn in der Küche und im Bad funktioniert alles und ich übergebe mein Zimmer ja auch vollständig möbliert.
Die Gesamtmiete von 287,74€ wird wohl noch etwas steigen, da wir noch keinen Stromvertrag haben und uns auch noch WLAN einrichten müssen. Dazu werde ich dann aber noch genauere Infos geben.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch noch eine Abstellkammer im Treppenhaus und ein Kellerabteil. Im Hinterhof kann man auch Fahrräder abstellen.

Wichtig ist uns, dass du ein toleranter Mensch bist, der seine Wut nicht unbegründet an marginalisierten Gesellschaftsgruppen auslässt>:(

As already mentioned, the WG was recently founded. This means that we still have to buy certain things like kitchen table and chairs, vacuum cleaner and mirror cabinet and some small things. Therefore, everything still looks a bit chaotic on the photos. But that will be fine :) You should not be deterred by this, because in the kitchen and bathroom everything works and I hand over my room fully furnished.
The total rent of 287.74 € will probably still rise a bit, because we still have no electricity contract and also still have to set up WLAN. But I will then still give more detailed information.
The apartment also has a storage room in the stairwell and a basement compartment. In the backyard you can also park bicycles.

It is important to us that you are a tolerant person who does not vent his/ her anger on marginalized groups of society without good reason>:(
