da ich für zwei Monate nach Hause wegen Urlaub fliege, ist mein Zimmer als zwischenmiete verfügbar :) Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² groß, und gemütlich ausgestattet mit eine Matratze + Kommode, Schreibtisch und ein einfaches Schrank (ich räume meine Klamotten weg, keine Sorgen). Die Wohnung hat Bodenheizung, deswegen ist das Bett auch immer schön warm und kuschelig.
Da ich nach meinem Urlaub mit meinem Freund zusammen umziehe, ist hier die möglichkeit auch, dass es auch ab Januar dein neues zu hause sein kann :) es ist auch möglich nur für Januar das Zimmer zu Mieten.

Hello everyone,
since I'm flying home for two months on vacation, my room is available as a temporary rental :) The room is about 16 m² and comfortably furnished with a mattress + dresser, desk and a simple closet (I'll put my clothes away, no worries). The apartment has underfloor heating, so the bed is always warm and cozy.
Since I'm moving in with my boyfriend after my vacation, there's also the possibility that this could be your new home from January :)
It is also possible to rent the Room only for January.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Sudvorstadt, ganz nähe zuz beliebte "Karli" und die Haltestelle von der 11 "Karli-Kurt-Eisner" ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Ansonnst sind hier viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Aldi, Konsum und Rewe sind hier auch ganz in die Ecke und Bäcker gibt es auch!

The apartment is located in the Sudvorstadt, very close to the popular "Karli" and the stop of the 11 "Karli-Kurt-Eisner" is less than 5 minutes away on foot. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. Supermarkets like Aldi, Konsum and Rewe are also right hier in the corner.
Mein Mitbewohner Holger ist sehr Sympathisch, Hilfsbereit und unkompliziert :) Er ist gerne unterwegs mit Freunden und ist sehr offen zu kommunizieren.

Ich fliege am 26. Dezember, deswegen ist die möglichkeit bevor Silvester einzuziehen auch da :) Bitte hier oder per Telefon anmelden und wir markieren ein Besichtigungstermin!
