Die Wohnung in der Roßbachstraße 14 in Leipzig, im begehrten Stadtteil Reudnitz-Volkmarsdorf, zeichnet sich durch ihre zentrale Lage und ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung aus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter ein Kaufland, die eine bequeme Versorgung des täglichen Bedarfs gewährleisten. :)
