Schönes Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim Mainzer Streß 2 frei. Nur für Studenten, daher bitte immer Immatrikulationsbescheinigung beifügen. Das Zimmer besteht aus allem Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Matratze, Stuhl und Tisch. Die Küche ist mit modernem Smart Gas ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Allerdings muss man sich bei Bedarf eine eigene Mikrowelle kaufen.
Beautiful room is available at Mainzer stress 2 student dorm. Only for students, therefore please always attach your Immatrikulationsbescheinigung. The room consists of everything wardrobe, bed with mattress, chair and table. Kitchen is equipped with modern smart gas and has everything you need. However you need to buy your own microwave if you need.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist relativ nah am Stadtzentrum. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 8 Minuten mit dem Zug, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Verschiedene Fakultäten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der beste Ort für Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie Joggen, da die Umgebung eine tolle Aussicht bietet.
Location is perfect. It is relatively close to city center. Main station is just 8 mins by train, 10 mins by bike, 20 mins walking. Various faculties are also closeby. Best place for outdoor activities like jogging since the surrounding has great view.
Leider habe ich nie mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammengewohnt. Sie hatte das Zimmer nebenan, wohnte aber seit meinem Einzug nicht mehr dort. Ich habe also keine Informationen über sie. Alles, was ich vom Vermieter über sie weiß, ist, dass sie eine Studentin ist und bald einziehen wird. Vielleicht ist ihr Zimmer schon frei und wartet auf die nächsten Bewohner. Abgesehen davon ist die Gemeinschaft in der Mainzer Straße ziemlich gut. Wir haben unsere eigene WhatsApp-Gruppe, in der die Leute ihre Ideen für Aktivitäten austauschen.
Unfortunately I have never lived with my roommate. She occupied the next room but never lived since I moved in. So I do not have any information about her. All I know about her from landlord is she is female student and move in soon. Maybe her room is already free and waiting for next occupants. Apart from this Mainzer Strasse community is quite good. We have our own WhatsApp group where people share their ideas for activities.
Ich ziehe Ende Juli aus dem Zimmer aus, ein Bezug ist voraussichtlich ab dem 27. Juli möglich. Allerdings musst du Student in Leipzig sein und dich bereits für das Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim beworben haben. Wenn du dich noch nicht beworben hast, bewirb dich zuerst und schicke mir deine Anfrage. Bitte, das ist nicht meine Regel, das ist die Regel des Studentenwerks. Leider ist der offizielle Einzug erst ab September, da ich dich einen Monat vorher als nächsten Bewohner beim Studentenwerk melden sollte. Es ist schon weniger als ein Monat. Der offizielle Einzug ist also ab dem 1. September angemeldet. Aber du kannst im August in meinem Zimmer wohnen, indem du mir für August zahlst.
Ich hoffe, alles ist klar. Bitte nur Studenten. Es wäre toll, wenn du mich auf Englisch kontaktieren könntest.
I am moving out from the room end of July occupancy is probably possible from 27 the July. However, you must be student in Leipzig and should have already applied for the room in studentdorm. If you haven't applied yet, first apply and send me your request. Please it is not my rule, it is the rule from student Werk. Unfortunately official move in takes place from September since, I should give your name as a next occupant to the studentenwerk 1 month in advance. It is already less then 1 month. So official move in is registered from 1st September. But you can live in my room in August by paying me for August.
