Dieses schöne Zimmer ist teil einer 2er WG in einem Studentenwohnheim. Es ist mit 15qm überraschend geräumig und verfügt mit einer großen Fensterfront über viel Tageslicht. Man hat tagsüber auch eine ganz hübsche Sicht.
Das zimmer kommt mit folgenden Möbeln:

This nice room is part of a shared flat in a students dormitory. Its 15 sq. meters and has four big windows which provide a lot of sunlight.

Das Wohnheim ist gut gelegen; in 3 Minuten ist man bei einem REWE, die Straßenbahn bringt einem in 5-10 minuten in die Uni und in die Innenstadt, zu der man aber auch in 20 minuten laufen kann. Die Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor dem Wohnheim.
In der unteren Etage ist zudem eine Mensa, bei der man als Student einer Uni in Leipzig auch immer Essen kann.
Der Friedenspark ist 2 minuten entfernt.
The Dormitory is in a good location; the nearest grocery shopping opportunity is 3 minutes away. The city center and University are easily reachable with public transport within 5-10min. Tram- and Busstops are right by the dormitory.
There is a Mensa in the ground floor of the building.
The Friedenspark is just two minutes away.
Ihr teilt euch die Küche und das Bad mit einem Mitbewohner, Ivan. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und insgesamt zweckmäßig auch wenn Ivan sehr freundlich ist! Da er allerdings auch bald ausziehen will, kann es sein, dass ihr eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in kriegt.
The Kitchen and the bathroom are shared with a flatmate, Ivan. He is very friendly and its been very easy living with him. However, since he wants to move out soon, you might get a new flatmate.
In der Küche gibt es eine Herdplatte und einen Mikrowellenofen.
Im Keller des Wohnheimes gibt es gemeinschaftlich genutze Waschmaschienen, die etwas kosten. Allerdings funktionieren sie meiner Erfahrung nach ziemlich gut!
Die 280€ Miete sind all-inclusive, auch internet ist dabei.
The Kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator and a microwaveoven.
In the basement of the dormitory, you find washingmashines. Using them costs a few euro, but in my experience, they are clean and work well.
The 280€ rent are all-inclusive, internet is also included.
