Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 2er WG mit gemeinsamer Küche und Bad. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat alles was du brauchst. Es ist aber auch genügend Platz, um sich auch ein bisschen selbst einzurichten. Das Zimmer hat 3 große Fenster, weswegen es schön hell ist.
In der Miete (315 €) ist schon alles dabei (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, WLAN - 600 GB/Monat, Müll). Das einzige was noch dazukommt ist die GEZ, die wird kannst du dir aber mit deiner Mitbewohnerin teilen.
Für das Wohnen im Wohnheim gelten folgende Voraussetzungen:
- Nachmieter sollte weiblich sein
- Nachmieterin darf keinen laufenden Mietvertrag mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig haben - es muss also ein Neuzugang sein
-Nachmieterin muss Studentin an einer Leipziger Hochschule sein (Universität Leipzig, HTWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst)
-Mietvertrag muss mindestens bis September 2025 abgeschlossen werden – du kannst ihn aber nach Belieben verlängern!
-Nachmieterin muss bei Vertragsabschluss über ein SEPA-Konto verfügen

The apartment is a shared flat for 2 people with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished and has everything you need. The room has 3 large windows, which makes it nice and bright.
The rent (315€) already includes everything (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi - 600 GB/month, garbage). The only other thing you have to pay is the GEZ, which you can share with your flatmate.
The following requirements apply to living in a hall of residence:
- The new tenant should be female
- The new tenant must not have a current tenancy agreement with Studentenwerk Leipzig - i.e. she must be a new tenant
-The new tenant must be a student at a Leipzig university (Leipzig University, HTWK, Leipzig University of Music and Performing Arts, IBA, Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Academy of Visual Arts)
-The rental contract must run until at least the end of September - but you are free to extend it!
- The new must have a SEPA account when the contract is signed

Man wohnt ruhig gelegen zwischen der Südvorstadt und Reudnitz. Dank der nahe gelegenen S-Bahnstation ist man super schnell in Zentrum – und auch überall sonst. Die nächste Tram Haltestelle ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und man ist schnell am Augustusplatz.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein großer Rewe mit Bäcker. Der Friedenspark ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

You will live close to Südvorstadt and Reudnitz. Thanks to the nearby S-Bahn station, you can get to the city center - and everywhere else - really quickly. The nearest tram stop is also just a few minutes away and you can quickly reach Augustusplatz.
There is a large supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Friedenspark is just a few minutes' walk away.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin befindet sich in den Endzügen ihres Lehramtsstudiums und ist sehr sportbegeistert. Sie ist gerne für gemeinsame Koch- oder Spielabende zu haben.

Your new flatmate is in the final stages of her teaching degree and is very keen on sports. She is happy to cook or play games together.
Wir können gerne drüber reden, ob du meine Vorhänge übernehmen möchtest.
Das Wohnheim verfügt über Gemeinschaftsräume, einen Fahrradkeller, sowie einen Waschmaschinenkeller – genauere Infos findest du auch auf der Internetseite des Studentenwerks.
Es ist vielleicht auch möglich schon etwas eher einzuziehen.
Ich kann bald noch aktuellere Bilder hochladen.

The student dorm has common rooms, a bicycle cellar and a washing machine cellar - you can find more detailed information on the Studentenwerk website.
It may also be possible to move in a little earlier.
