The room is in student dormitory with size of approx. 12 m2. The rental price is 265 euro/month (warm rent including heating, water, and internet).
The room is furnished consisting of a wardrobe, a book shelf, 2 tables (long and short) for working/studying, 2 chairs, a standing mirror (full body), a single bed with a large drawer underneath, cloth drying racks.
The apartment consist of 2 bedrooms , a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen.
The apartment is located near the uni klinikum, a university library, the botanical garden, Frieden Park
Supermarkets and groceries: Rewe (7 min walk), DM (10 min by tram and bus)
Public transport stops : Johannisalle (tram 2, tram 16, bus 60), Deutsche Nationale Bibliothek (tram 2, tram 16, bus 74), Leipzig MDR ( S - Bahn)

The flatmate is a student from Peru. She is doing PhD at the University of Leipzig on Climatic modelling. She is kind and nice. She can speak spanish, english, a bit german, and learning french now.
The rental period can be shorter e.g. from 01.04.25 - 30.06.25. The room is available from 14.03.25 anyway.
