Hallo :) Da ich für ein Praktikum im März nicht in Leipzig sein werde, würde ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer untermieten. Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, Teil einer 4-er WG & kostet insgesamt nur 300 Euro. Ich würde meine Möbel natürlich im Zimmer lassen und Platz für deine Sachen einräumen. Deshalb würde ich auch eine Kaution nehmen, über die wir dann gemeinsam nochmal sprechen können 🌟 Teil des Zimmers ist ein großes Bett, ein Schreibtisch, Schminktisch, eine Kommode & ein Bücherregal. Es sollte natürlich klar sein, dass du mit den Möbeln & meinen Sachen verantwortungsvoll umgehst.

Hey :) Since I won't be in Leipzig for an internship in March, I would like to rent my shared room. The room is 18 square meters in size, part of a 4-person shared apartment and only costs 300 euros in total. Of course I would leave my furniture in the room and make room for your things. That's why I would also take a deposit, which we can then talk about together again 🌟 Part of the room is a large bed, a desk, dressing table, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf. Of course it should be clear that you handle the furniture and my things responsibly :)
Die WG liegt Mitten im Stadtzentrum, also hast du es von hier aus nie wirklich weit :)

The flat is located right in the city center. So you can basically be anywhere pretty quickly :)
Da wir alle recht viel unterwegs sind, verpassen wir uns teils häufig. Trotzdem halten wir uns alle sehr gut an unseren Putzplan. Du würdest dir eins der zwei Bäder mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilen, das ihr beide im Wechsel jede Woche putzt. Die große Küche muss jeder 1x alle vier Wochen sauber machen. Das klappt soweit ganz gut!

Since we all are pretty busy most of the time, we sometimes don’t see each other that much. Nevertheless, we all stick to our cleaning schedule very well. You would share one of the two bathrooms with a roommate, which you would both take turns in cleaning every week. Everyone has to clean the large kitchen once every four weeks. This is working quite well so far!
