Dein Zimmer ist etwa 25 qm groß und wird schön von Licht durchflutet, mit einem Oberlicht auf der Ostseite. Es hat große Fenster und Laminatboden.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern. Sie verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Wir sind 2019 als Erstbezieher eingezogen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock. Die Gesamtkosten der Wohnung betragen 814.87 € inklusive allem (außer Strom). Die Kosten werden zwischen 3 Personen aufgeteilt. Strom kostet etwa 27 € pro Person.
Hier zu wohnen ist wirklich optimal. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc.), die alle zu Fuß leicht erreichbar sind. Auch die Bahn ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich werde ausziehen, sodass du meinen Platz übernehmen kannst. Zusätzlich gibt es Kosten (200€) für die vorhandenen Möbel, die einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Sofa, einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, einen Teppich und einen kleinen Tisch umfassen. Leider haben wir keinen großen Kleiderschrank, den müsstest du dir selbst besorgen.

Your room is about 25 square meters in size and beautifully filled with light, thanks to a skylight on the east side. It has large windows and laminate flooring.
The apartment is newly renovated and very modern. It features a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We moved in as the first tenants in 2019. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The total cost of the apartment is €814.27, including everything (except electricity). The costs are split between 3 people. Electricity costs about €27 per person.
Living here is really ideal. There are many shopping options nearby (Rewe, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc.), all easily reachable on foot. The train station is just a 2-minute walk away.
I will be moving out, so you can take over my spot. Additionally, there is a cost for the existing furniture(200€), which includes an office table, chair, king-size bed, a sofa, a small wardrobe, a carpet, and a small table. Unfortunately, we don’t have a large wardrobe, so that is something you would need to purchase yourself.
