Das Zimmer ist 16-18 m^2 groß, ich vermiete es mit meinen Möbeln unter: Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Sideboards (kann die aber auch teilweise woanders unterbringen). Es geht zur Straße raus, ist aber recht ruhig. Über einen kleinen Flur kommt man zu den anderen Räumen der Wohnung.
The room is 16-18 m^2, I rent it out furnished: bed, shelves, desk, sideboards. It faces the street (but it’s not very loud).Via a small hallway you get to the other rooms of the apartment.
die Wohnung liegt in Volkmarsdorf, nahe der Eisi. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich verschiedene Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, zwei größere Parks und mehrere Supermärkte und Spätis. Auch zum Club Duqo kommt man schnell zu Fuß, ins Zentrum/zur Uni sind es 10 Minuten Fahrt.
the apartment is located in Volkmarsdorf, near the Eisi. In this area are various bars, cafes and restaurants, two larger parks and several supermarkets and Spätis. To the Club Duqo it’s a quick walk, the city center/ the university is 10 minutes away : -)
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Barbare (Babsi, 24), sie studiert Global Studies im Master. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie viel unterwegs, legt aber viel Wert auf ein schönes und ungezwungenes Zusammenleben. Ihr ist wichtig, dass man gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt, aber auch einen Rückzugsort für sich hat:)
Sollte klar sein aber: hier ist kein Raum für Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus, Swerfs, Terfs, jegliche Form von diskriminierenden Aussagen/Verhalten.
