Unsere Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist dank Schallschutzfenstern trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist vollständig möbeliert mit einem 1,40m breiten Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Unsere Wohnung hat außerdem einen tollen Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung.
Wir haben eine schöne Küche mit Blick auf unseren kleinen Garten, dem Highlight unserer WG, in dem man ideal draußen essen, entspannen oder auch lernen kann. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines aber hübsches Bad mit Fenster und einer Badewanne. Es gibt außerdem einen kleinen Abstellraum in dem unsere Waschmaschine steht. Wir verfügen über ein Kellerabteil und im Innenhof des Wohnhauses gibt es einen überdachten Stellplatz für Fahrräder.

Our apartment is on the ground floor but thanks to the soundproof windows it is still pretty quiet. The room that is being rented out is fully furnished with a 1,40m wide bed, a dresser, a desk and a big closet. Our apartment has a very nice wooden floor with underfloor heating. We have a beautiful kitchen with a view onto our small garden, the highlight of our flat, which is perfect to eat, relax or study outside. The apartment has a small but nice bathroom with a window and a bathtub. We also have a storage room in which we keep our washing machine. There is also a part of the basement we can use for storage and the backyard area of the house has a place to store bikes with a roof.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schöne Lage in der Südvorstadt und liegt zu Fuß nur circa 4 Minuten entfernt von der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, auf welcher es viele nette Cafès, Bars und Restaurants gibt. Auch die Bahnanbindung ist super, mit den Linien 10 und 11 ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sowohl die Uni Leipzig als auch die HTWK sind innerhalb von ungefähr 10 Minuten Bahnweg erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller da.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir Aldi und Netto in jeweils 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung und einen netten kleinen Gemüse- und Obstladen.

The apartment is in a very nice area of the Südvorstadt and is only about 4 minutes away from the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße by foot, where you can find a variety of nice Cafés, Bars and Restaurants. The connection to public transport is also amazing. You can reach the city centre in just a few minutes by Tram 10 and 11. Both the University Leipzig and the HTWK are only about 10 minutes away by public transport, and you can get there even faster by bike. As shopping possibilities we have an Aldi and a Netto both about 5 minutes away by foot as well as a small vegetable and fruit store.

Zusammenleben wirst du mit mir, Joey. Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, nicht-binär und studiere Theaterwissenschaft an der Universität Leipzig. Ich verbringe meine Freizeit am liebsten unterwegs mit Freund*innen, mag es aber auch mich einfach mal mit einer Tasse Tee und einem Buch zurückzuziehen. Große Partys sind eher nicht so mein Ding, da bin ich lieber im kleinen Kreis essen oder in einer süßen Bar. Außerdem bin ich, wie mein Studium wahrscheinlich vermuten lässt, unglaublich gerne im Theater und liebe es auch Museen oder Ausstellungen zu besuchen. Wenn ich Zeit und Lust habe werde ich gerne auch selbst kreativ und bin als Cosplayer immer mal wieder auf Conventions unterwegs. Ich bin ein Mensch, dem Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig sind, deshalb würde ich mir wünschen, dass du darauf ebenfalls Wert legst. Ich würde gerne auch Zeit mit dir verbringen, ganz egal ob wir einfach mal zusammen kochen, mit einem Radler im Garten sitzen oder Leipzig erkunden!

You will live together with me, Joey. I'm 20 years old, non-binary and study Theatre at Leipzig University. I love spending my free time out with friends, but also enjoy a quiet evening with a cup of tea and a book. I'm not a fan of big parties and prefer to go out for dinner or to a cute bar with a small group. Also, as you can probably tell by what i study, i love going to the theatre and am also very into museums and art exhibitions. When I have the time and motivation, I also enjoy being creative myself and go to conventions around the country as a cosplayer. I'm a person who enjoys tidiness / cleanliness, so it would be great if you also share that opinion. I'd love to spend time together with you, no matter if it's just cooking together, sitting in our garden with a Radler, or exploring Leipzig!
